Արտաշատի քաղաքապետի պաշտոնում աշխատեցի մեծ նվիրումով և պատասխանատվությամբ` ջանք ու եռանդ չխնայելով արտաշատցիներին տվածս խոստումները կատարելու և Արտաշատն ավելի գեղեցիկ և հարմարավետ դարձնելու համար: Չեմ պնդի, որ իրականացրել եմ բոլոր ցանկություններս ու երազանքներս մեր քաղաքի համար, բայց շատ բան արվեց իմ և արտաշատցիների համատեղ ջանքերով:

Վայր եմ դնում քաղաքապետի անչափ պատասխանատու լիազորություններս, նոր` ավելի ծանր պատասխանատվություն ստանձնելու Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավորի մանդատով սեփական քաղաքիս, մարզիս և պետությանս ծառայելու համար:
