Նախկին իշխանությունների «բիզնես-մտածողության» հետևանքով շատերը կորցրեցին՝ ինչ ունեին

Թե որքանով գործադիրի կաբինետում հավաքված բիզնես-մտածողություն ունեցող նախարարներն ունակ կլինեն լուծել երկրի առջև ծառացած խնդիրները, առայժմ դժվար է կանխատեսել, քանի որ դեռևս նորանշանակ վարչապետը հանրության դատին չի ներկայացրել նոր կառավարության մինիմում և մաքսիմում ծրագրերը: Բայց այն, որ բիզնես-մտածողություն ունեցողների պատճառով է, որ երկիրն այսօր հստակ քայլերով գնացել ու կանգնել է պետությանը, պետականությանը, մարդկությանն ու բնությանը սպառնացող աղետի շեմին, փաստ է:

Այն, որ անկախացումից հետո «շուկայական հարաբերություններ» ասվածն իր տեղը շատ արագ զիջեց «բազարային» հարաբերություններին, ու այս մրցապայքարում հաղթեցին զորբաները, անվիճելի է: Հակառակ դեպքում ներկայիս փողատերերի շարքում չէին լինի այնպիսի «դեմքեր», ովքեր նույնիսկ բավարար գիտելիք չեն ունեցել միջնակարգ կրթության վկայականը պատվով ու արժանապատվորեն ստանալու համար, էլ չենք ասում բիզնես-ոլորտին վերաբերող գիտելիքի վերաբերյալ տարրական պատկերացում ուենալու մասին:

Իշխանությունների «բիզնես-մտածողության» արդյունքում Երևանի կենտրոնում քանդվեցին պատմամշակութային արժեք ներկայացնող շենքերը, ավերվեցին մարդկանց տներն ու բնակարանները: Դրանց փոխարեն անհամաչափ ու առանց հստակ տրամաբանության մայրաքաղաքի կենտրոնում ցցվեցին ակվարիումանման ու անդուր բարձրահարկները:

Նույն այդ բիզնես-մտածողություն ունեցող երբեմնի ղեկավարների շնորհիվ հատվեցին դարավոր անտառները, իսկ գյուղացիներից «պետական գերակա շահ» անվանման տակ մի քանի կոպեկով խլվեցին այն հողերը, որոնց տակ թանկարժեք մետաղի պաշարներ կային: Նույն այդ տրամաբանության պատճառով այսօր բազմաթիվ գյուղեր կանգնած են տարհանման վտանգի առաջ, իսկ որոշ գյուղերի բնակիչներ էլ ստիպված են շնչել թունավոր և կյանքի համար վտանգավոր օդն ու խմել աղտոտված ջուրը:
Երկրի այդ նույն ղեկավարների բիզնես-մտածողության հետևանքով առանց չափ ու սահմանի ամեն գետի վրա կառուցվեցին ՀԷԿ-եր, աղտոտվեցին գետերը, ցամաքեցին բնական աղբյուրները, Արարատյան դաշտավայրը կանգնեց անապատացման վտանգի առջև և այլն:

Նույն այդ բիզնես-մտածողության հետևանքով օդի, ջրի աղտոտվածության հետևանքով երկրում աճեց քաղցկեղով հիվանդների թիվը, սակայն ժամանակին իշխանությունները հավանաբար սրա մեջ նույնպես բիզնես-տրամաբանություն էին տեսնում՝ ինչքան շատ հիվանդ, այնքան առողջապահության ոլորտի բիզնեսով զբաղվողների համար լավ:
Իհարկե նույն այդ բիզնես-մտածողություն ունեցող իշխանավորների «սխրանքների» հետևանքով առաջացած գլոբալ խնդիրները կարելի է երկար թվարկել, սակայն սահմանափակվենք միայն այսքանով ու նաև ընդգծենք, որ երկիրն աճուրդի հանած նախկին իշխանավորների պատճառով է, որ այսօր կանգնել ենք նման աղետալի իրավիճակի առջև: Բայց հետաքրքիրն այն է, որ նման տրամաբանությամբ առաջնորդվողները, երբ իրենց «բիզնես-գաղափարներն» իրականացնելու համար անխնա քանդում էին շենն ու անտառը և այդտեղից ուժով տարհանում կամ խլում անմեղ մարդկանց ունեցվածքը, այդպես էլ երբևէ չխոստովանեցին, որ իրենք իրականում ոչ թե կառուցել, այլ այնպես են «քանդակել» երկիրը, որ դրա հետևանքով այն ավերակների է վերածվել, իսկ թե դրա տակից ինչպես հնարավոր կլինի դուրս գալ, դժվար է ասել:
Հիմա հարց է ծագում, թե ներկայիս բիզնես-մտածողություն ունեցող նախարարներն ինչ պլաններ ունեն՝ երկիրը նույն տրամաբանությամբ փոշիացնելո՞ւ, թե՞ փոշիացրածը կրկին հետ բերելու ու երկիրը կառուցելու։ Դա ցույց կտա ժամանակը:
