Նախորդ տարի ՀՀ ոստիկանության ներքին անվտանգության վարչությունը կատարել է 543 քննություն և ուսումնասիրություն

ՀՀ ոստիկանության ներքին անվտանգության վարչությունը ՀՀ ոստիկանության պաշտոնական կայքում տեղադրել է վարչության կողմից 2016 թվականի ընթացքում իրականացված աշխատանքների ամփոփ վիճակագրությունը, որի համաձայն՝ 2016 թվականի ընթացքում ՀՀ ոստիկանության ներքին անվտանգության  վարչությունում  կատարվել է 543 ծառայողական քննություն և ուսումնասիրություն:

Վարչության կատարած ծառայողական քննությունների արդյունք­ներով ոստիկա­նության 169 ծառայողներ ենթարկվել են կարգապահական տույժերի.

- հայտարարվել է նկատողություն`  58,                                  

- հայտարարվել է խիստ նկատողություն`  79,   

- պաշտոնն իջեցվել է մեկ աստիճանով`  2,

- ազատվել է ոստիկա­նու­թյունում ծառայությունից`  30 ծառայող:        

 ՀՀ ոստիկանության ծառայողների կողմից թույլ տրված օրինախախ­տումների փաստերով 2016 թվականի ընթացքում ներքին անվտանգության վարչության կողմից նախապատ­րաստվել և ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության ու նախաքննական այլ մարմինների քննարկմանն են ուղարկվել ծառայողական քննությունների 20 նյութեր:

Հաշվետու ժամանակահատվածում իրականացվել են մի շարք այլ աշխատանքներ, այդ թվում ուսումնասիրվել և ամփոփվել են.

- ՀՀ ոստիկանության համակարգի ծառայողների կողմից կատարված իրավա­խախ­տումների և կիրառված կարգապահական տույժերի վերաբերյալ տեղեկա­տվութ­յունը,

- ՀՀ ոստիկանության ծառայողների կողմից կատարված հանցագործութ­յուն­ների վերաբերյալ ստացված տեղեկատվությունը:

Հաղորդագրության մեջ նաև նշված է.

« - 2016 թվականի ընթացքում ՀՀ ոստիկանության ծառայողների կողմից թույլ տրված իրավախախտումների կապակցությամբ կատարվել են 1752 ծառայողական քննություններ, որոնց արդյունք­ներով 761 ծառայողներ ենթարկվել են կարգապահական տույժերի, այդ թվում` նրանցից 50-ը կարգապահական տույժի կարգով ազատվել են ոստիկանությունում ծառայությունից:

 - ՀՀ ոստիկանության ծառայողների կողմից թույլ տրված տարբեր օրինախախտումների փաստերով հարուցվել են 51 քրեական գործեր 70 անձի վերաբերյալ:

16 անձի վերաբերյալ 16 նյութերով քրեական գործի հարուցումը մերժվել է ոչ արդարացման հիմքով:

2016 թվականի ընթացքում ՀՀ ոստիկանությունում հրավիրվել են կարգապահական  հանձնաժողովի 9 նիստեր, որոնց ընթացքում քննարկվել են ոստիկանության 43  ծառայողների վերաբերյալ իրականացված ծառայողական քննությունների 35 նյութեր, (այդ թվում` 1 ծառայողի վերաբերյալ իրականացված  ծառայողական քննության նյութերը նոր քննություն կատարելու համար ուղարկվել են ներքին անվտանգության վարչություն և կարգապահական հանձնաժողովի կողմից քննության առնվել կրկնակի):

Կարգապահական հանձնաժողովի միջնորդությամբ ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետի հրամաններով ոստիկանության 8 ծառայողի հայտարարվել է «նկատո­ղութ­յուն», 5-ին` «խիստ նկատողություն», իսկ 29-ն ազատվել են ՀՀ ոստիկանությունում ծառայությունից:
