Հայաստանի Հանրապետության մշակույթի նախարար Արմեն Ամիրյանը փետրվարի 27-ին կայացած խորհրդակցությանն առաջարկել է ստեղծել կազմակերպություն կամ համագործակցել մասնավոր ընկերության հետ, որը կուսումնասիրի և կմշակի նախարարության ենթակայությամբ գործող բոլոր թանգարաններում, պատմամշակութային հուշարձանների տարածքում, թատրոններում ու մյուս կառույցներում վաճառվող հուշանվերային փաթեթների, այդ թվում՝ գրականության, քարտեզների և մյուս առարկաների ցանկը: 

Ինչպես տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, Արմեն Ամիրյանը փոխնախարար Արև Սամուելյանին հանձնարարել է առնվազն մեկ շաբաթվա ընթացում հավաքագրել հուշանվերային փաթեթների ռազմավարությունը մշակելիք կառույցի վերաբերյալ առաջարկները:

«Որևէ մեկը վերահսկու՞մ է, թե այսօր՝ ինչ գրականություն է վաճառվում թանգարաններում: Երբեմն խայտառակ պատկերի ենք հանդիպում՝ անորակ գրքեր, որոնց թերթերը պոկվում են իրարից, կամ գրքեր, որոնք ցանկանում ես խմբագրել: Այվազովսկու, Սարյանի կտավների կողքին չե′ն կարող նման գրքեր վաճառվել: Որևէ մեկը վերահսկու՞մ է, թե ինչ է վաճառվում, օրինակ, Գառնիի տաճարի հարևանությամբ: Չի բացառվում, որ թուրքական արտադրության ինչ-ինչ ապրանքներ են վաճառվում»,-նշել է նախարարը: 

Նա ընդգծել է, որ մասնագետները պետք է ռազմավարություն մշակեն, հասկանան, թե ինչ ընդհանուր լուծումներ կարելի է գտնել: Ընդհանուր պատվերներ կատարեն՝ օգտագործելով հայ վարպետների ներուժը:

Ըստ նախարարի`դա շատ կարևոր է, որովհետև կարող է նպաստել ժողովրդական վարպետների ստեղծագործական «վերակենդանացմանը»:

Խորհրդակցությանը նախարարը հստակեցրել է անելիքների ևս մի քանի ժամկետներ. միասնական էլեկտրոնային տոմսային համակարգի ներդրման մրցույթի առաջին փուլը պետք է հայտարարվի մարտի 6-ին, Դսեղում քանդակագործների և նկարիչների մայիսյան մրցույթը՝ առաջիկա օրերին, Դսեղում Հովհաննես Թումանյանի տուն-թանգարանի ենթակառուցվածքների շինարարության մրցույթը՝ փետրվարի 28-ին, 2017թ. պետբյուջեի միջոցներով վերականգնվող կամ վերանորոգվող հուշարձանների պատասխանատու ստորաբաժանումը պետք է ստեղծվի այսօրվա ընթացքում, իսկ նախարարության ենթակայության բոլոր հաստատո ւթյունները պետք է հատուկ միջոցառումներ կազմակերպեն Կանանց տոնին՝ մարտի 8-ին։
