Ինչպես արդեն հայտնել էինք, այսօր ՀՀ Սահմանադրական դատարանում ընթանում է ԿԸՀ նախագահ Տիգրան Մուկուչյանի եւ Կոնգրես-ՀԺԿ դաշինքի ներկայացուցիչ, փաստաբան Տիգրան Եգորյանի միջեւ հարցուպատասխանը։ ԿԸՀ նախագահը, պատասխանելով ընտրությունների օրը տեղամասերում տեխնիկական սարքավորումների խափանման վերաբերյալ հարցին, ասաց. «Շատ բնական է, որ երբ 4000 սարքավորումներ միաժամանակյա կիրառվում են հանրապետության ամբողջ տարածքում, կարող էին եւ խափանման դեպքեր առաջանալ, սակայն, եթե նույնիսկ այդ բոլորը գումարում ենք, ապա սարքերի պարագայում հիանալի արդյունք ենք ստանում։ Այսինքն` լիարժեք ծավալով տեխնիկական սարքերն աշխատել են, եւ դա, ընտրության տեսանկյունից ոչ մի նշանակություն չի կարող ունենալ, որովհետեւ դրանց խափանման դեպքերում օրենսգիրքը դրույթներ է սահմանել, թե ինչպես պետք է գործի հանձնաժողովը»,-ասաց նա՝ պատասխանելով նաեւ դպրոցի տնօրենների հայտնի ձայնագրությանը, «Իմ պատասխանը՝ կետ, չակերտները բաց` ես այս հարցին պատասխանել եմ, չակերտները փակ, վերջակետ»,- հեգնեց նա:
 
Առանց այդ էլ լարված մթնոլորտում կողմերի նյարդերը տեղի տվեցին: Վեճը վերաբերում էր մատով խոսելուն. «Ձեր ենթագիտակցական մակարդա՞կն է այդքան»,- դիմելով Զուրաբյանին` ասաց Մուկուչյանը: «Չէ, Դուք այդ մատի վրա շատ եք կենտրոնանում»,- արձագանքեց Լեւոն Զուրաբյանը:
 
Գագիկ Հարությունյանը կողմերին կոչ արեց ժամանակը ռացիոնալ օգտագործել: Ապա ՍԴ անդամ Արեւիկ Պետրոսյանն էլ միջնորդեց քննության առնել հարցուպատասխանի տեւողությունը սահմանափակելու հարցը: Ըստ նրա՝ այս գործը քննելու համար ՍԴ-ն սահմանափակ ժամանակ ունի։
