Ստեփանակերտում հունիսի 16-ին ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահ Արա Բաբլոյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունը մասնակցել է Հայկական քաղաքական կուսակցությունների ֆորումին:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԺ հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, Արա Բաբլոյանը հանդես է եկել ելույթով, որում նշել է.

«Միջկուսակցական ֆորումի հարգելի մասնակիցներ,

հարգարժան գործընկերներ,

ողջունում եմ Հայկական քաղաքական կուսակցությունների ֆորումի մասնակիցներիդ: Այն կարեւոր հարթակ է թե՛ միջկուսակցական եւ թե՛ միջպետական ու համազգային խնդիրներ քննարկելու համար:

Արցախի եւ Հայաստանի քաղաքական կուսակցությունները՝ որպես կազմակերպություններ, գտնվում են տարբեր քաղաքական եւ ընտրական տարածքներում, սակայն դրանք հայակենտրոն եւ հայանպաստ գործունեություն են ծավալում միեւնույն` հայկական տարածքում: Դրանք ունեն միմյանց շատ մոտ քաղաքական ծրագրեր, քաղաքական նպատակներ, որոնք բխում են երկու պետություն ունեցող մեկ ժողովրդի առաջնահերթություններից, մեր առջեւ ծառացած մարտահրավերներից: Մեր կուսակցություններն ունեն բավականին հարուստ քաղաքական կապիտալ, որը կարող են արդյունավետ օգտագործել այդ նպատակներին հասնելու համար:

Հարգելի բարեկամներ,

Արցախի հարցը՝ որպես Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքականության գերակայություններից մեկը, իր ուրույն տեղն ունի Հայաստանում գործող քաղաքական ուժերի ծրագրերում: Համապետական բոլոր ընտրություններում իրենց նախընտրական ծրագրերում նրանք առանձին մաս են հատկացնում Արցախի հարցին, Արցախի Հանրապետության հետ հարաբերություններին, պատրաստ են նպաստել տնտեսական զարգացմանը, պաշտպանել նրա անվտանգությունը եւ ինքնորոշման իրավունքը: Հայաստանյան քաղաքական ուժերն Արցախի կուսակցությունների հուսալի գործընկերներն են եւ պատրաստ են իրենց հնարավորություններն ի սպաս դնել նրանց քաղաքական փորձառությունն ավելացնելուն, տեղեկատվական բազան եւ միջազգային կապերն ընդլայնելուն: Տրամաբանական է, որ Արցախի քաղաքական կուսակցությունների քաղաքական ծրագրերում էլ կարեւոր տեղ են զբաղեցնում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության հետ հարաբերություններին վերաբերող, ինչպես նաեւ համահայկական դրույթները:

Հայաստանի բոլոր քաղաքական ուժերը, իրենց ծրագրային որոշակի տարբերություններով հանդերձ, մեկ հարցի՝ Արցախի ճակատագրի շուրջ միասնական են, ինչպես մեր ժողովուրդը: Վստահ եմ, որ երկրի ճակատագրի հարցում նույնպիսի միասնականություն առկա է նաեւ Արցախի կուսակցական ներկապնակի պարագայում: Իսկ միջկուսակցական կառուցողական համագործակցությունն ավելի է մեծացնում այն ներուժը եւ հնարավորությունները, որ ունեն Հայաստանի եւ Արցախի քաղաքական ուժերն առանձին-առանձին: Միայն համատեղ ջանքերի միջոցով կարելի է առկա մարտահրավերները վերածել նոր հնարավորությունների՝ անվտանգություն ու զարգացում ապահովելով Հայաստանի եւ Արցախի հանրապետությունների համար:

Հարգելի գործընկերներ,

վստահ եմ, որ այս հարթակն իր ներդրումը կունենա հայկական երկու պետությունների քաղաքական կուսակցությունների միջեւ փորձի եւ տեղեկատվության փոխանակման, երկխոսության եւ ընդհանրապես քաղաքական մշակույթի զարգացման գործում:
