Թուրքիայի վարչապետ Բինալի Յըլդըրըմն Աթենքում Հունաստանի վարչապետ Ալեքսիս Ցիպրասի հետ հանդիպմանը բարձրացրել է այդ երկիր փախած թուրք զինվորականներին իրենց հանձնելու հարցը: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին հայտնում է թուրքական «Անադոլու» գործակալությունը:

«Մենք ցանկանում ու խնդրում ենք, որ մեր երկրի դեմ հեղաշրջման փորձ իրականացրած անձինք հետ վերադարձվեն: Թուրքիան իսկապես ծանր օրեր է անցել: Մենք հարգում ենք օրենքը, սակայն ցանկանում ենք, որ հեղաշրջման կազմակերպիչները չվնասեն Հունաստանի ու Թուրքիայի միջև հարաբերություններին»,- ասել է Յըլդըրըմը:

Թուրքիայի վարչապետը խոսել է նաև Եվրամիությանն անդամակցության հարցից` նշելով, թե ԵՄ-ն ցանկանում է Թուրքիայի հետ նոր տեսլականով նոր հարաբերություններ հաստատել և այդ մասին Բրյուսելում հայտնել է նախագահ Էրդողանին:

Թուրքիայում 2016 թվականի հուլիսի 15-ին հեղաշրջման փորձի ձախողումից հետո ութ թուրք զինվորական ուղղաթիռով փախել էին Հունաստան` այդ երկրից ապաստան հայցելով: Նրանք հայտնել էին, որ վախենում են Թուրքիայում իրենց կյանքի համար: Թուրքիան փախած զինվորականներին մեղադրում է հեղաշրջման գործում մասնակցություն ունենալու մեջ` Հունաստանից պահանջելով զինվորականներին հանձնել թուրքական կողմին:

Հունաստանի դատարանը, սակայն, մերժել է Թուրքիայի ներկայացրած պահանջները՝ հրաժարվելով զինվորներին հետ ուղարկել:
