 Արցախի Հանրապետության առողջապահության նախարարության Հանրապետական բժշկական կենտրոնի Անգիոգրաֆիայի բաժանմունք 2017 թվականի առաջին եռամսյակում դիմել է 122 հիվանդ: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին Արցախի Հանրապետության առողջապահության նախարարությունից, 94 հիվանդ ենթարկվել է կորոնար անոթների անգիոգրաֆիայի, 36 հիվանդի տեղադրվել է 42 ստենտ:

Արցախում սրտի անհետաձգելի վիրահատության Stent for life ծրագրով 1 ոչ դեղածածկ ստենտ է տեղադրվում պետպատվերի շրջանակում: Հունվար, փետրվար, մարտ ամիսներին այդ ծրագրով 26 հիվանդի կատարվել է կորոնար անոթների անգիոպլաստիկա:

Ինչպես համաշխարհային վիճակագրությունն է փաստում, ստենտավորման դեպքում, հատկապես սուր ինֆարկտների ժամանակ, էականորեն իջնում է մահացության ցուցանիշը: Նոր ծառայության ստեղծումից ի վեր հանրապետությունում 353 սրտամականի սուր ինֆարակտ է գրանցվել, որոնցից 190-ն անմիջապես ստենտավորվել է անգիոգրաֆիկ սարքի միջոցով:

Անգիոգրաֆիայի բաժանմունքն աշխատում է 24-ժամյա ռեժիմով, սերտ համագործակցում է առողջության պահպանման առաջնային օղակի ևհատկապես շտապօգնության ծառայության հետ: Հաստատված պրոտոկոլների համաձայն սուր ինֆարկտների դեպքում արագ և ճիշտգնահատվում են հիվանդի վիճակը, և ամենակարճ ժամանակում տեղափոխվում Ստեփանակերտի Հանրապետական բժշկական կենտրոնիԱնգիոգրաֆիայի բաժանմունք:

2014 թվականի նոյեմբերի 15-ին Արցախի Հանրապետության առողջապահության նախարարության Հանրապետական բժշկական կենտրոնումբացվել է Անգիոգրաֆիայի բաժանմունքը, որով փաստացի սկիզբ է դրվել ինվազիվ վիրահատական ծառայությունը մեր երկրում:

Մինչ այդ սրտի ինվազիվ վիրահատության կարիք ունեցողները Հայաստան էին մեկնում: 

Բաժանմունքում, տեղադրվել է գերմանական «Սիմենս» ընկերության վերջին սերնդի անգիոգրաֆը, որի տեխնիկական հնարավորություններըթույլ են տալիս պարզորոշ տեսնել ցանկացած անոթ, կատարել ներանոթային միջամտություններ՝ անգիոգրաֆիա, ստենտավորում ինչպեսսրտի անոթների, այնպես էլ այլ օրգանների: Անգիոգրաֆիայի բաժանմունքում աշխատում են հմուտ բժիշկներ, բուժքույրեր և ռենտգեն-տեխնիկներ, որոնք վերապատրաստվել են Հայաստանում՝ «Էրեբունի» ԲԿ-ի՝ ակադեմիկոս Բագրատ Ալեքյանի անվան Անգիոգրաֆիկծառայությունում և Ռուսաստանում՝ Բակուլևի անվան սրտանոթային վիրաբուժության գիտական կենտրոնում:
