Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը տնտեսվարողների ազատ և արդար մրցակցության ապահովման համար պատասխանատվություն կրող գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարներից ակնկալում է առանձին ապրանքների գների բարձրացման ամենախիստ մշտադիտարկում:

Հանրապետությունում առանձին ապրանքատեսակների գների բարձրացման և դրա հետևանքների հնարավոր մեղմմանն ուղղված լուծումների քննարկման նպատակով հրավիրված խորհրդակցության ընթացքում ՀՀ Նախագահն ընդգծել է, որ գների բարձրացման խիստ մշտադիտարկում իրականացնելու համար պետությունն ունի բոլոր անհրաժեշտ գործիքները:

Սերժ Սարգսյանը պահանջել է գնաճի օբյեկտիվ պատճառների կամ հիմնավորումների մասին խոսելուց բացի ներկայացնել լուծումներ` ուղղված գների բարձրացման հետևանքների մեղմմանը և հանրությանը մշտապես տեղեկացնել սպառողական շուկաներում տեղի ունեցող գործընթացների մասին: «Ես հուսով եմ, որ ամանորյա տոնակատարություններին զուգահեռ շարունակել եք կատարել ձեր պաշտոնեական պարտականությունները, մասնավորապես՝ շարունակել եք մշտադիտարկել սպառողական շուկան և այդ շուկայում տեղի ունեցող գործընթացները: Վերջին շաբաթների ընթացքում հանրային լայն քննարկումների և անհանգստությունների առարկա են դարձել սպառողական շուկայում որոշ ապրանքատեսակների գնային տատանումները: Հենց այդ պատճառով դեկտեմբերի 12-ին իմ հարցազրույցում ես անդրադարձա այդ խնդրին, և ձեզնից ստացած արձագանքները խոսում էին այն մասին, որ այդ տատանումներն առաջին հերթին և հիմնականում պայմանավորված են միջազգային շուկաներում տվյալ ապրանքատեսակների գնային տատանումներով»,- ասել է ՀՀ Նախագահը:

Նախագահ Սարգսյանը խորհրդակցության մասնակիցների ուշադրությունը հրավիրել է երեք հանգամանքների վրա.  «Առաջին հանգամանքը հետևյալն է. ակնհայտ է, որ Հայաստանում շուկայական հարաբերություններ են գործում, և պետությունը չի միջամտում գնագոյացման պրոցեսներին, բայց մենք նախ պարտավորություն ունենք միջավայր ձևավորելու՝ մրցակցային միջավայր, որը երևի հիմնական գործոններից մեկն է գների արդարացի կարգավորման գործում: Երկրորդ՝ մենք ունենք ամբողջական գործիքակազմ շուկայում գերիշխող դիրք ունեցող տնտեսավարողների գործունեությունը ուսումնասիրելու: Եվ երրորդ՝ մենք ունենք բազմաթիվ լծակներ պարզելու, թե շուկաներում տատանումներն իրոք օբյեկտիվ գործընթացների արդյունք են, թե տնտեսավարողների ագահության պատճառ»:
