Ռուսական ռազմաբազայում տեղի ունեցած աղմկալի միջադեպը գնալով ավելի է թեժանում և նոր փաստեր են ի հայտ գալիս: Պարզվում է, որ զորամասի կողմից իրականացված անօրինական գործողություններից տուժել է ոչ միայն Ար-Բե ընկերությունը, այլև մի շարք այլ ընկերություններ, որոնք տարիներ շարունակ կամ չեն կարողացել մասնակցել տենդերներին՝ պայմանների անհասանելիության պատճառով կամ ուղղակի դուրս են մղվել մրցույթից ինչ-որ անհասկանալի և կասկածելի «փաստարկների» հիման վրա:Ինչպես Ար-Բե ընկերության դեպքում եղավ, երբ վկայակոչելով ինչ-որ կեղծ նամակ նրանց ուղղակի հեռացրեցին մրցույթից, այդկերպ տենդերը շնորհելով իրենց համար ցանկալի ընկերությանը, որն էլ բնականաբար այդ շռայլության դիմաց կլորիկ գումար պետք է փոխհատուցեր ռուսական ռազմաբազայի հրամանատարությանը: 
Վստահաբար կարելի է ասել, որ եթե Ար-Բե ընկերությունը չբարձրաձայներ դեպքի մասին և չարձանագրեր անօրինականություն, այս անգամ ինչպես և մնացած բոլոր դեպքերում, զեղծարարները ջրից չոր դուրս կգային և կվայելեին հափշտակված գումարները: Սակայն այս համատեքստում, երբ հնարավոր է պարզել գործի ողջ եղելությունը և պատժել մեղավորներին, չգիտես ինչու սայլը տեղից չի շարժվում: Մասնավորապես հայտնի է, որ հանցագործության մասին հաղորդագրություն տրվել է, սակայն գործընթացը կարծես թե օդից կախված լինի, մինչդեռ պատկան մարմինները պետք է րոպե առաջ բացահայտեն դեպքը, չէ որ խոսքը պետական փողերի հափշտակման մասին է, առավելևս, երբ օրինապահ մարմինների համար ընդամենը րոպեների հարց է պարզել, թե իրականում կա նման նամակ և եթե այո, ապա ո՞ր հասցեից է այն ուղարկվել և ո՞ւմ կողմից:

Ժամանակակից տեխնիկան դա թույլ է տալիս, սակայն դանդաղել կնշանակի այս կարևորության հարցն անտեսել, որը ոչ միայն անընդունելի է այլև քստմնելի և քննադատության արժանի, չէ որ ժամանակի ընթացքում շատ հեշտ կարող են հետքերը մաքրել, իսկ այդ դեպքում գործի բացահայտումը շատ ավելի կբարդանա: 
Թե տեղական և թե ռուսական լրատվականները չեն դադարում բարձրաձայնել այս մասին, սակայն մինչ այս պահը ընդամենը չեղարկվել է տենդերը:Մինչդեռ հանրությունը սպասում է մեղավորների բացահայտմանն ու օրենքով սահմանված պատժի իրագործմանը: 
Բոլորին էլ պարզ է, որ սա ռուսական զորամասի հրամանատարության վերջին կանգառն է, քանի որ նման աղմուկի և հանրային հետաքրքրվածության պարագայում ուղղակի անհնար է գործը ձգձգել կամ մեկ այլ անձի գլխին բարդել:Պարզից էլ պարզ է, թե ում ականջներն են երևում այս ամենի հետևից և մինչ օրինապահները շարունակում են իրենց դանդաղկոտ գործողությունների շարքը այս գործի բացահայտմանն ուղղված, ԱՐ-Բե ընկերությունը կանգ չի առնում և օրերս պատրաստվում է դիմել բոլոր հնարավոր ատյաններին հանցագործության վերջնական բացահայտմանն հասնելու համար ընդհուպ մինչև ռուսական դատախազությանն ու կառավարությանը:
