 ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչության հատկապես կարևորագույն  գործերով քննության վարչական վարույթում քննվող քրեական գործով ԱԱԾ-ի հետ համատեղ ձեռնարկված քննչական և օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում ձերբակալվել է ՀՀ ԶՈւ փոխգնդապետ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 178-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով նախատեսված հանցագործություն կատարելու կասկածանքով: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Քրեական գործի նախնական տվյալներով՝ փոխգնդապետը կասկածվում է այն բանում, որ ծառայության ուսումնական փուլում գտնվող ժամկետային զինծառայողներից, ինչպես նաև զինակոչիկներից, ծառայությունը վիճակահանության արդյունքում նախընտրելի տարածքներում տեղակայված զորամասերում իբր կազմակերպելու համար, կաշառք ստանալու պատրվակով, ուրիշի առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով գույքը խաբեությամբ հափշտակելու միասնական դիտավորությամբ, 2017 թվականի ընթացքում նշված անձանց ազգականներից պահանջել, ստացել և տնօրինել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի գումար:

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական և օպերատիվ-որոնողական միջոցառումներ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանցագանքները պարզելու, բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ հետազոտումն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ։
