Անդրադառնալով երկրում տեղի ունեցող վերջին իրադարձություններին, քաղաքացիական և ուսանողական ակցիաներին, ընտրված տարբերակների՝ ճիշտ կամ սխալ լինելուն քաղաքագետ Հայկ Սուքիասյանը Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ եթե այդ մարդիկ ընտրել են այդ ճանապարհը, ուրեմն իրենց համար ճիշտը դա է: Իրենց արարքին գնահատական տալը սխալ է, քանի որ դա իրենց ընտրության հարցն է: Այլ հարց է՝ դա արդյունք կտա, թե՝ ոչ:

Քաղաքագետի խոսքով՝ այն, որ նրանք այդ գործը սկսել են, առաջին հերթին խոսում է հասարակության առողջության ու քնած չլինելու մասին: Դժվարանալով պատասխանել այս ամենի արդյունավետության մասին՝ այնուամենայնիվ նշեց, թե արդյունք տալու համար կառույց պետք է լինի, որն ինքը չի տեսնում: Սուքիասյանի համոզմամբ, արդյունք ունենալու համար պետք է կառույց առաջանա: Իսկ այս ամենը էնտուզիազմի վրա առաջացած մի բան է, որն, իհարկե, դրական է և հասարակությանը զգոն պահելու համար է: Սակայն նշեց, թե դեռ պետք է ընթացքին հետևել, տեսնել, թե ինչպիսի թափ այն կարող է հավաքել: Կարծում է՝ հնարավոր է արդյունք ունենա՝ կախված ընթացքի զարգացումներից:

Մեր այն դիտարկմանն էլ, թե այս ակցիաների հետևին որպես կառույց «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությունն է կանգնած, պատասխանեց, որ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր»-ը կառույց չէ: Կառույց լինելու համար պետք է մարզային կառույցներ ունենալ, մարզկենտրոններում գործ անել:

«Բայց ամեն դեպքում իրենց գործը օբյեկտիվ է: Հասարակության մեջ բողոքի էներգիա կա: Հիմա նրանք այդ էներգիան կուտակում են: Որքանով դա իրենց կհաջողվի, ես չեմ կարող ասել: Բայց եթե պետությունը արդար չէ, եթե երկիրը իրավական չէ և կա արտագաղթ, եթե հասարակության զգալի հատվածը աղքատ է, ապա նման երևույթներն այսպիսի երկրներում միշտ լինելու են:

Առաջին, երկրորդ, երրորդ անգամ չեն հաջողի, չորրորդ անգամ կհաջողեն: Դրա համար իշխանությունները պետք է հասկանան, որ խորհրդարանական համակարգը, որին իբրև թե անցել են, պետք է գործի: Եթե իներցիայով շարունակելու է գործել նախկին կիսանախագահական մոդելը, ապա բողոքի ակցիաներ լինելու են ավելի շատ: Կհաջողեն, թե ոչ՝ դա կազմակերպման ձևից է կախված»,- նկատեց նա:

Դուք այնքան էլ չեք հավատում, որ այսօր Ազատության հրապարակում կարող է ինչ-որ նշանակալի բան տեղի ունենալ հարցին էլ քաղաքագետը պատասխանեց, թե քաղաքականության մեջ հավատալ կամ չհավատալ չի լինում: Գործընթացն ինչպես կգնա, դրա զարգացումից նոր միայն կարող են կանխատեսումներ անել:

Սուքիասյանի խոսքով արդյունք չունենալը կամ մեծ մոբիլիզացիա չլինելը ոչ թե «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրի» կազմակերպման ձևից է կախված, այլ՝ պարզապես ժողովուրդը հասկանում է, որ վարչապետի ընտրությունը կամ չընտրությունը իր հետ կապ չունի:

«Ինչ-որ մարդիկ իրենց մեջ իշխանաբաժանությամբ են զբաղվում: Ընտրություններ չեն լինելու, լինելու է վարչապետի նշանակման գործընթաց, որն իրենց հետ մեծ հաշվով կապ չունի: Այս անտարբերությունն էլ կարող է չնպաստել մոբիլիզացիային»,- հավելեց նա:
