ArmLur.am-ը փոխվարչապետին խնդրեց մեկնաբանել`ճի՞շտ է հրապարակումը, թե առաջարկել է հրաժարվել ամերիկյան դոլարից, Մհեր Գրիգորյանը պարզաբանեց, որ ինքը, մասնավորապես, խոսել է միասնական արժութային գոտու արդյունավետության մասին, մինչդեռ ԱՄՆ դոլարից հրաժարվելու մասին տեղեկությունն իրականությանը չի համապատասխանում: Մհեր Գրիգորյանը վստահեցրեց, որ իր խոսքի բուն իմաստը խեղաթյուրվել է: Ավելին, փոխվարչապետը ամերիկյան դոլարի մասին որևէ բան առհասարակ չի նշել:

Փոխվարչապետն ArmLur.am-ի հետ զրույցում մեկնաբանեց, որ միասնական արժույթին անցնելն առավել էֆֆեկտիվ է`հաշվի առնելով առևտրաշրջանառությունը, փոխանակումները և այլն, իսկ այդ միասնական արժույթը կարող է լինել, օրինակ, նաև հայկական դրամը: Ինչպես Մ.
