ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչության վարույթում քննվող քրեական գործով պարզվել են ընդերքի օգտագործման եւ պահպանության կանոնների խախտմամբ, առանց համապատասխան թույլտվության Շախկուլի գետի հովտում կատարված ապօրինի արդյունահանման դեպքի հանգամանքները. պետությանը պատճառված վնասը գնահատվել է 327.517.320 ՀՀ դրամ։

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից հայտնում են, որ նախնական քննությամբ ձեռնարկված անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում բավարար փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել առ այն, որ Վարդենիսի բնակչի կողմից 2017 թվականի հունիս-նոյեմբեր ամիսներին ապօրինի արդյունահանում է իրականացվել համայնքային սեփականություն հանդիսացող Շախկուլի գետի հովտում։ Նշված աշխատանքների ժամանակ օգտագործվել են տեխնիկական մի շարք միջոցներ, ներգրավվել նաեւ այլ անձինք, ովքեր նախապես տեղեկացված չեն եղել արդյունահանման անօրինական լինելու մասին։

1.1 կիլոմետր երկայնքով իրականացվել են 68.2 հազար խորանարդ մետր լեռնային զանգվածի քանդման աշխատանքներ, որից ցրոնային ոսկի պարունակող լեռնային զանգվածը կազմել է 28.2 հազար խորանարդ մետր, իսկ ոսկին՝ 18.46 կիլոգրամ:

Արդյունքում՝ ընդերքին, դրանում պարփակված օգտակար հանածոներին, շրջակա միջավայրին հասցվել է էական վնաս, ինչի հետեւանքով պետությանը պատճառված գույքային վնասը, ըստ փորձագիտական եզրակացության, կազմել է 327.517.320 ՀՀ դրամ:

Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ Վարդենիսի բնակչին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 291-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով:

Նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, եւ քրեական գործը՝ մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել դատարան։
