Փաշինյանի ձեռքերը «մաֆիային» չե՞ն հասնում

Ամիսներ առաջ կառավարությունը հավանություն տվեց Սևանա լճից մինչև 40 մլն խմ լրացուցիչ ջրառ իրականացնելու որոշմանը: Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն էլ այդ որոշումը որակեց ամենացավալին իր կառավարության համար, միևնույն ժամանակ նշելով, որ այժմ հաճախ է շրջանառվում ՀՀ-ում «ջրային մաֆիայի» գոյությունը և, եթե այդպես է՝ միանշանակ է, որ այդ «ջրային մաֆիան» պետք է շատ արագ կապիտուլյացիայի ենթարկվի»:
 
 
Տպավորություն է ստեղծվում, որ վարչապետը այդքան էլ չի հավատում վերոնշյալ մաֆիայի գոյությունը, մինչդեռ գաղտնիք չէ, որ, մասնավորապես, Արարատյան դաշտն այսօր անապատացման վտանգի տակ է: Ստորգետնյա քաղցրահամ ջրերը, որոնք կոչվում են նաեւ արտեզյան ջրեր, դուրս են բերվում հորատանցքերով: Արտեզյան ջրով է Արարատյան դաշտի գյուղերի բնակչությունը լուծում խմելու եւ ոռոգման ջրի հարցը: Ձկնաբուծական տնտեսությունները մեծ քանակությամբ ջուր են օգտագործում, իսկ ընդերքը չի հասցնում վերականգնել հասցված վնասը: Իսկ խոշոր ձկնաբիզնեսում, ինչպես հայտնի է՝ խոշոր պաշտոնյաներ են ընդգրկված: Այս դեպքում՝ հիմնականում նախկին պաշտոնյաներ: Եվ նույն Փաշինյանն էլ դեռևս ապրիլյան հեղափոխության օրերին, խոսելով այդ պաշտոնյաների մասին պնդում էր, որ բոլորն էլ նրանց տեղը գիտեն: Ի՞նչ պատահեց արդեն վարչապետ Փաշինյանի հետ, միթե՞ նա կորցրել է «ջրի գող» պաշտոնյաների «տեղը», թե՞ նոր կառավարության տրամաբանությամբ՝ «ջրի գողը գող չէ»:
 
Կառավարության այդ նիստից անցել է արդեն յոթ ամիս, մինչդեռ մենք չենք տեսնում որևէ էական առաջընթաց «ջրի մաֆիային» ջրի երես հանելու գործում: Փոխարենը վերջերս պաշտանանկ արվեց Ջրային պետական կոմիտեի նախագահ Ինեսա Գաբոյանը, ում դեմ, ըստ մամուլի որոշ հրապարակումների, քրեական գործ են հարուցելու, մինչդեռ հասկանալի է, որ անգամ, եթե Գաբոյանը ջրային մաֆիայի հետ որևէ կապ է ունեցել, ապա նա այդ մաֆիայում խաղացել է տասներորդական դեր: Փաշինյանը գնում է իր նախորդի՝ Սերժ Սարգսյանի ճանապարհով, ով խոշոր ձկների կոռուպցիան կոծկելու համար շատ հաճախ ամեն ինչ բարդում էր խամաճիկների վրա:
 
Եթե Փաշինյանն այցելի Արարատի և Արմավիրի մարզեր, ապա այնտեղ բնակվող գյուղացիները կարող են հուշել վարչապետին, թե ովքեր են Հայաստանի ջրային մաֆիայի ներկայացուցիչները: 
 
Օրինակ, երկու նախկին վարչապետերի՝ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի և Տիգրան Սարգսյանի, գործարար Սամվել Ալեքսանյանի ձկնաբուծարանները:
 
ՀՀԿ-ան նախկին պատգամավոր Հակոբ Հակոբյանը, ում պատկանում է «Եղեգիս 1» ՀԷԿ-ը:
 
Լևոն Սարգսյանի որդին՝ Նարեկ Սարգսյանը, ում պատկանում է Եղեգիս գետի վրա երկու ՀԷԿ-եր շահագործող «Մինա-Մայա» ընկերության 50 տոկոսը:
 
 
Էկոնոմիկայի նախկին նախարար Սուրեն Կարայանն ու նրա եղբայրը՝ Խաժակ Կարայանը, որոնց պատկանում է Վայոց ձորում գործող ՀԷԿ-ը:
 
Տիգրան Սարգսյանի փեսա Հայկ Սուվարյանը, ում վերագրվում է «Գողթանիկ» ՀԷԿ-ը:

Այլ հարց է, Փաշինյանի ձեռքերը այդ «ջրային մաֆիային» կհասնե՞ն, թե ոչ…
