Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևն արդեն բացեիբաց Հայաստանին պահանջներ է ներկայացնում՝ փոփոխել սեփական օրենսդրությունը։ Երեկ երդմնակալության արարողությունից հետո Ալիևը հայտարարել է, եթե Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ տարածքային պահանջների վերջը դրվեն, եթե Հայաստանն իր օրենսդրությունը չբերի նորմալ վիճակի, ապա բնականաբար խաղաղության պայմանագիր չի լինի։ Ավելին, Ալիևը հայտարարել է, թե Հայաստանը կարծես մոռացել է ղարաբաղյան երկրորդ պատերազմի հետևանքները, կամ գուցե ինչ-որ մեկը նրանց խրախուսել է, որ ընդհանրապես չկատարեն պարտավորությունները։
 
Փաշինյանի մամուլի խոսնակ Նազելի Բաղդասարյանն արձագանքել է Իլհամ Ալիևին, ընդ որում զարմանալիորեն առաջին անգամ և բավականին կոշտ տոնայնությամբ, հայտարարել, թե Հայաստանի օրենսդրությունը Հայաստանի ներքին գործն է և որևէ արտաքին ուժ իրավունք չունի միջամտել մեր երկրի ներքին գործերին։ Ավելին, Փաշինյանի մամուլի խոսնակը նշել է, որ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև բանակցվող նախագծում առկա է արդեն իսկ համաձայնեցված կետ՝ համաձայն որի կողմերը չեն կարող հղում անել իրենց օրենսդրության վրա՝ խաղաղության պայմանագրի որևէ դրույթից հրաժարվելու համար։
 
Տևական ժամանակ փաշինյանական իշխանությունը փորձում էր համոզել, թե Սահմանադրության և նոր Սահմանադրություն ընդունելու ցանկությունն իրենցն է, այլ որ արտաքին ճնշման տակ, որևէ մեկին, բացի սեփական զոմբիներից, այդ ակնհայտ ճշմարտության մեջ տարհամոզելու տարբերակ Փաշինյանը չուներ։ Իսկ այսօր արդեն Ադրբեջանն ինքն է բացեիբաց պահանջներ ներկայացնում Հայաստանին՝ պահանջելով փոխել Սահմանադրությունը, մասնավորապես հանել Անկախության հռչակագիրը Հայաստանի Սահմանադրությունից։ Իսկ գործող իշխանություններն ընդամենը կիսահայտարարություններով փորձում են ցույց տալ, թե իրենք կարողանում են ազդել երկրում ինչ-որ պրոցեսների վրա։
 
Հայաստանը շանս ունի վերափոխման, և իրավիճակը շտկվելու է միայն մի դեպքում, եթե Փաշինյանն ու նրա թիմը չլինեն իշխանության ղեկին։
