Global Media Lab մարքեթինգային ընկերությունը հերթական անգամ նախաձեռնել էր իր մեծամասշտաբ՝ «Ինչպես դառնալ բրենդ աշխատաշուկայում» խորագրով թրեյնինգը, որիգլխավոր հովանավորն էր International Media Holding-ը:Միջոցառումը տեղի ունեցավ փետրվարի 28-ինԾաղկաձորի Golden Palace հյուրանոցային համալիրի՝ տարածաշրջանի ամենամեծ կոնֆերանս սրահում:

Թրեյնինգը նվիրված էր հայ երիտասարդների շրջանում արդի հիմնախնդիր համարվող հայկական և արտերկրյա աշխատաշուկայում պատշաճ ներկայանալու սխալներին, թերություններին և ոչ գործնական մոտեցումներին: Թրեյնինգին մասնակցեց ՀՀ տարբեր բուհերում սովորող ավելի քան 600 ուսանող:Միջոցառմանը բացման խոսքով հանդես եկավ նախագծի գլխավոր հովանավոր International Media Holding-ի հիմնադիր նախագահ Արման Վարդանյանը:

Պարոն Վարդանյանն իր խոսքում կարևորեց նման միջոցառումների կազմակերպումը, որոնք երիտասարդների համար ստեղծում են հարթակներ ինքնադրսևորվելու, սովորելու և սեփական ունակություններն ի ցույց դնելուհամար:Հաջորդը ելույթ ունեցավ «Սերունդ համահայկական երիտասարդական կենտրոն» ՀԿ-ի նախագահ Տիգրան Շատունցը, ով ներկայացրեց իրենց կազմակերպության գրանցած հաջողությունների գաղտնիքը և պատմեց Global Media Lab-ի հետ համագործակցության մասին:Golden Palace հյուրանոցային համալիրի փոխտնօրեն Արշամ Շահբազյանը, ողջունելով ներկաներին, նշեց, որ միջոցառման մասնակիցներն առաջինն են, ովքեր հնարավորություն ունեցան՝ ներկա գտնվելու տարածաշրջանում իր տեխնիկական հնարավորություններով և չափերով նմանը չունեցող այդ շքեղ սրահում:

Միջոցառման ժամանակ քննարկվեց երկու հիմնական թեմա:Նախագծի հեղինակ, Global Media Lab ընկերության հիմնադիր տնօրեն Սեդա Վարդանյանն իր ելույթում ներկայացրեց աշխատանք գտնելու արդի խնդիրների լուծման տարբերակներ, խոսեց CV գրելու ամենատարածված սխալների մասին և առաջարկեց կրեատիվ լուծումներ, ինչպես նաև աշխատաշուկայում բրենդ դառնալու համար անհրաժեշտ միջոցները, հնարքները և պահանջները:

Հաջորդիվ ծրագրային ելույթներով հանդես եկան «Մասթեր պլյուս» լեզվի և բիզնեսի միջազգային դպրոցի ղեկավար Լիանա Աչիկյանը և Աշխեն Մանուկյանը: Նրանք ներկայացրին արտերկրում գործատուին ճիշտ ներկայանալու հմտություններ և տեղեկացրին գործող ծրագրերի առանձնահատկությունների մասին:Միջոցառման ավարտին մասնակիցները հնարավորություն ունեցան այցելելու Ծաղկաձորում գտնվող Կեչառիս վանական համալիր:

Տունդարձի ճանապարհին մասնակիցներն ակտիվորեն քննարկեցին թրեյնինգի ժամանակ ստացած գիտելիքները, փորձը և դրա արդիականությունը՝ ներկայացնելով սեփական պատկերացումներն ու առաջարկները:
