Դիվերսիոն հարձակումներ, անհարգալից վերաբերմունք, տարբեր ամբիոններից հնչող անպատասխանատու կոչեր եւ հայտարարություններ, ահա թե ինչ քաղաքականություն են որդեգրել մեզ հարեւան պետությունները:

Թուրքա-ադրբեջանական ոճի եւ հայկական կողմի պատասխանների մասին, Orer.am-ը զրուցեց «Արաբո» ջոկատի հրամանատար Մանվել Եղիազարյանի հետ, ով նշեց. «Աշխարհը եռում է, ամեն տեղ հրդեհ է, բնական է, որ այդ հրեդի ալիքը նաեւ Հայաստան է հասնելու, դա կարելի է կապել թե' բացասական ճնշման, թե' բախումների հետ: Պետք է նշեմ, որ հնարավոր չէ այս պայմաններում երկար գոյատեւել, երբ երկիրդ թշնամիներով է շրջապատված: Տեսեք, թե ինչ է կատարվում` մեկը պպզում է, մյուսը այլ կերպ անարգում, նրանց սփյուռքի նախարարն էլ պարտադիր է համարում հայտարարել, որ ամեն մի ադրբեջանցու պարտքն է հայ սպանելը եւ այլն: Այս ամենի պատասխանը վաղ թե ուշ պետք է տրվի: Ես, իհարկե, բռնությունը չեմ գովերգում. լինել պատերազմի դաշտում չի նշանակում լինել վայրենի, սակայն բոլորիս սուրբ պարտքն է պաշտպանել մեր հայրենիքը եւ տալ արժանի պատասխան: Մենք թույլ չենք տա, որ մեր ժողովրդին արհամարհեն կամ փորձեն նվաստացնել, վիրավորել»:

Այն հարցին, թե որն է լինելու Հայաստանի արժանի պատասխանը Թուրքիային եւ Ադրբեջանին, Մ. Եղիազարյանը նշեց. «Երբ ունես այսպիսի իշխանություն, ապա չես կարող ասել, թե որն է լինելու արժանի պատասխանը թշնամիներին: Եթե լիներ իսկական Հայաստան, օրենքի երկիր Հայաստան, երբ ամեն մի քաղաքացի եւ հայրենասեր կմտածեր, թե ինչ նոր բան է հարկավոր անել հայրենիքի համար, այդ ժամանակ նոր կկարողանայի ասել` ինչ պատասխան կարելի է տալ Թուրքիային եւ Ադրբեջանին»:

Այն հարցին, թե արդյո՞ք ԱՍԱԼԱ-ի վերջին հայտարարությունից հետո Թուրքիան կփոխի իր քաղաքական կուրսը հայերի նկատմամբ, պարոն Եղիազարյանը նկատեց. «Թուրքիան այն պետությունն է, ով անընդհատ սպանում է ազգերին` հայերին, քրդերին, ասորիներին, անգամ մուսուլմաններին: Այդ մարդիկ սովոր են սպանելուն, նրանք սովոր են վայրենություններին, քաղաքական դաշտը պղտորելուն: Նրանք դեռ չեն քաղաքակրթվել, եթե թուրքը փողկապ է կապում, դա դեռ չի նշանակում, որ նա քաղաքակիրթ է, հենց դա է պատժառը, որ կասեմ` վիճակն ավելի է սրվելու, ընդհանուր աշխարհի վիճակն է սրվելու»:
