«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է. «Սյունիքի մարզի Գորիս քաղաքի «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցության տարածքային կառույցի ղեկավար Ռոբերտ Հակոբյանը դիմել է ոստիկանություն: «Ժողովուրդ»-ի հետ զրույցում վերջինս ասաց, որ ինքը ոստիկանությունում հաղորդում է տվել հանցագործության մասին, ավելի կոնկրետ` որ իրեն սպառնացել են մորթել:Մինչ դեպքի մանրամասներին անդրադառնալը, նշենք, որ ապրիլի 5-ին «Ժողովուրդ»-ի խմբագրություն էր ահազանգել Գորիս քաղաքի մի բնակիչ, որը չցանկանալով ներկայանալ` հայտնել էր, որ Գորիսում մի խումբ տղաներ մեքենաներով շրջում են, եւ այնպիսի տպավորություն է, թե ինչ-որ մեկին են սպասում կամ հետապնդում: Իսկ թե կոնկրետ ում են հետապնդում, կամ ովքեր են հետապնդում, քաղաքացին չէր ցանկացել հայտնել` նշելով, թե այլ մանրամասներ չի կարող փոխանցել:Այս ահազանգից մի փոքր ուշ մեզ տեղեկություններ հասան, որ Գորիսի ԲՀԿ մասնաճյուղի նախագահ, ինչպես նաեւ Գորիսի ոստիկանության վետերանների միավորում հասարակական կազմակերպության նախագահ Ռոբերտ Հակոբյանը դիմել է ոստիկանություն:

«Ժողովուրդ»-ի հետ զրույցում Ռոբերտ Հակոբյանը պատմեց, որ ապրիլի 5-ին, ժամը 16:50-ի սահմաններում, Գորիս քաղաքի Գուսան Աշոտ փողոցում գտնվող Ծիածան շինանյութի խանութի մոտ մի խումբ տղաներ մեքենայով նախ հետապնդել են իրեն, իսկ ավելի ուշ սպառնացել. «Մեքենաներից մեկը «Բրաբուս» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենա էր՝ 077 QQ 77 պետհամարանիշով, իսկ մյուսը՝ «Պորշ կայեն»՝ 77 AV 077 պետհամարանիշով:Մեքենաներից մեկի ղեկին նստած էր Սյունիքի մարզպետ Սուրեն Խաչատրյանի որդին` Տիգրան Խաչատրյանը, որը մեքենայով երկար հետապնդելուց հետո սկսեց ինձ սպառնալ, թե քեզ սպանելու եմ, մորթելու եմ: Այնպիսի հայհոյանքներ էր տալիս, որ ինձ թույլ չեմ տա այդ մասին Ձեզ հայտնեմ:

Կատարվածից անմիջապես հետո ոստիկանություն եմ շտապել եւ հանցագործության մասին հաղորդում ներկայացրել, սակայն առայժմ ոստիկանության կողմից որեւէ քայլ չի իրականացվել, եւ որեւէ ձայն չկա»:Մեր այն հարցին՝ իսկ ինչն է պատճառը, որ Սուրեն Խաչատրյանի որդին հետապնդել է իրեն եւ սպառնացել է մորթել, Ռոբերտ Հակոբյանը պատասխանեց. «Ես Բուդաղյանների ընտանիքի բարեկամ եմ, Բուդաղյանների փոքր տղան իմ դստեր ամուսինն է, եւ ես Տիգրան Խաչատրյանի արարքը կապում եմ Խաչատրյանների եւ Բուդաղյանների ընտանիքի հետ տեղի ունեցած դեպքի հետ»:
