Մեքսիկայի Սենատի ճեմասրահում Սենատի արտաքին հարաբերությունների հանձնաժողովի և Մեքսիկայում ՀՀ դեսպանության նախաձեռնությամբ ու ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարարության հետ համագործակցությամբ ապրիլի 8-ին բացվել է հայկական քաղաքակրթությանը նվիրված «Հայաստան-քարերի գաղտնիքը» ցուցահանդեսը: Ցուցահանդեսը ներառում է շուրջ 30 լայնածավալ վահանակներ: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտգործնախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից, ցուցահանդեսին ներկա են եղել Մեքսիկայում ՀՀ դեսպան Գրիգոր Հովհաննիսյանը, դեսպաններ, Մեքսիկայի խորհրդարանի անդամներ, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչներ, մեքսիկահայ համայնքի ներկայացուցիչներ, լրագրողներ:

Ցուցադրության պաշտոնական բացումը կատարել են Մեքսիկայի Սենատի փոխխոսնակ Խոսե Ռոսաս Աիսպուրոն, Սենատի Արտաքին հարաբերությունների հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Գաբրիելա Կուևաս Բառոնը և Մեքսիկայում ՀՀ դեսպան Գրիգոր Հովհաննիսյանը:

Բացման խոսքում դեսպան Հովհաննիսյանն անդրադարձել է հայկական քաղաքակրթության համաշխարhային նշանակությանը, կարևորել հայկական մշակութային ժառանգության պահպանման գործում Մերձավոր Արևելքի, Եվրոպայի և Հեռավոր Ասիայի տասնյակ երկրների կառավարությունների ջանքերը, ինչպես նաև դատապարտել համաշխարհային մշակութային ժառանգության դեմ Իսլամական պետության և Ադրբեջանի կողմից իրականացվող ոտնձգությունները:

Մեքսիկայի սենատի փոխխոսնակն ու սենատոր Գաբրիելա Կուևաս Բառոնը բարձր են գնահատել Հայաստանի և Մեքսիկայի միջխորհրդարանական հարաբերությունների զարգացման դինամիկան և խոսել են հայկական մշակութային և հոգևոր արժեքների, ինչպես նաև դրանց հանրային ճանաչման անհրաժեշտության մասին: Ցուցահանդեսի բացման արարողության ավարտին ցուցադրվել են ռեժիսոր Ժիրայր Դադասյանի «Հայկական այբուբեն» տեսահոլովակը և հատվածներ 2012թ. անցկացված «Երևան` UNESCO-ի գրքի համաշխարհային մայրաքաղաք» տոնակատարությունից:
