Քարդաշյանների այցը Հայոց ցեղասպանության զոհերի հիշատակին նվիրված հուշահամլիր միջազգային լրատվականների ուշադրության կենտրոնում է հայտնվել:

Ինչպես է հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, լրատվականներն անդրադարձել են ոչ միայն Քարդաշյան քույրերի այցին, այլև գրել են Հայոց ցեղասպանության և դրա ընկալումների մասին:

Բրիտանական E!online լրատվականը գրում է, որ Քիմ և Քլոե Քարդաշյաններն ապրիլի 11-ին շատ զգացմունքային երեկո են ունեցել Երևանում: «Ռեալիթի-շոուի աստղերը այցելեցին Հայոց ցեղասպանության հուշահամալիր՝ հարգանքի տուրք մատուցելու 1,5 միլիոն հայերի հիշատակին, ովքեր 1915 թվականին սպավել են Օսմանյան կայսրությունում: Հուշահամալիր այցելության ժամանակ նրանք մռայլ տեսք ունեին»,- գրել է E!online-ը: Կայքը նշել է նաև, որ նախքան այցելությունը, Քարդաշյաններին Երևանում նվիրել էին հողատարածք:Բրիտանական մեկ այլ կայք Dailymail.co.uk-ը ևս փաստում է, որ Ծիծեռնակաբերդ այցի ընթացքում Քարդաշյանները շատ լուռ ու տխուր էին, իսկ Քլոեն անգամ սրբում էր իր արցունքները:

Ամերիկյան ABC News-ը գրում է, որ Քարդաշյանները կարմիր կակաչներ են դրել անմար կրակի մոտ: Կայքը նշում է նաև, որ հայերը և շատ գիտնականներ 20-րդ դարում տեղի ունեցածը անվանում են Ցեղասպանություն, մինչդեռ Թուրքիան արգելում է կատարվածն անվանել այդ եզրույթով:

BuzzFeed News-ը գրում է, որ Հայոց ցեղասպանության հուշահամալիր կատարած այցելությունը Քարդաշյանների այցի առանցքային նպատակներից է, և այս քայլով հայտնի ընտանիքը նպատակ ունի մեծացնել հանրային իրազեկվածությունը Հայոց ցեղասպանության հարցի վերաբերյալ: «Նախքան «ցեղասպանություն» եզրույթի ստեղծումը, Օսմանյան կայսրության տարածքում հայերի հետ կատարվածն անվանվում էր որպես «ռասսայական սպանություն»: Հայերն այն պարզապես անվանում են «Մեծ եղեռն»` մեծ հանցագործություն: Թուրքիան մինչ օրս չի ճանաչել Ցեղասպանությունը»,- գրում է BuzzFeed News կայքը` նշելով նաև, որ Քարդաշյան քույրերը Հայաստանից կհեռանան ապրիլի 13-ին:
