ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի պաշտոնավարման առաջին տարին ամփոփելով` տնտեսագետ Թաթուլ Մանասերյանը Հայաստանի տնտեսական դաշտի դրական փոփոխությունների միտում է տեսնում: «Ես դրական եմ գնահատում հարկային դաշտում ՀՀ վարչապետի ձեռնարկած բարեփոխումները, որոնց նպատակը շատ դրական է, բայց իրագործման ընթացքում առաջացած նրբությունները բերեցին որոշ դժգոհությունների: Մի կողմից՝ ցանկություն կար տնտեսվարողների բեռը թեթևացնել, սակայն, մյուս կողմից, առաջ եկավ փաստաթղթաշրջա նառության հարց»,- լրագրողների հետ ապրիլի 15-ին կայացած հանդիպմանն այսպիսի կարծիք հայտնեց տնտեսագետ Թաթուլ Մանասերյանը և հավելեց, որ ինքը շատ դրական է համարում նաև գյուղացիական վարկերի տոկոսադրույքի իջեցումը 10-ից մինչև 8 տոկոս:

Նա նշեց, որ ՀՀ վարչապետի գործունեությունը գնահատելու համար պետք է հաշվի առնել ինչպես տնտեսական, այլև քաղաքական գործընթացների ազդեցությունը կառավարության գործունեության վրա: «Բացի այդ, Արժույթի միջազգային հիմնադրամը և Համաշխարհային բանկը տնտեսական աճի բացասական կանխատեսումներ են կատարել և՜ զարգացող, և՜ զարգացած երկրների պարագայում, ինչը մենք նույնպես պետք է չանտեսենք»,- նկատեց Մանասերյանը:

Նա շեշտեց, որ վերջին 25 տարիների ընթացքում գրեթե բոլոր ոլորտներում բավական լուրջ բացթողումներ են եղել և իշխանության եկող ցանկացած կառավարություն որոշակի բեռ է ստանձնել: «Վարչապետ լինելը խիստ պատասխանատու պաշտոն է, սակայն ես տեսնում եմ անկեղծ կամք և ցանկություն՝ դրական փոփոխություններ բերելու Հայաստանի տնտեսական դաշտ»,- ընդգծեց Թաթուլ Մանասերյանը՝ հավելելով, որ մեկ տարվա ընթացքում վարչապետը միայնակ չի կարող վերականգնել նախորդ տարիների ընթացքում ավերված տնտեսությունը:
