ՀՀ Նախագահը Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն համայնքում ծանոթացել է բազմաբնակարան շենքային համալիրի շինարարության ընթացքին

ՀՀ Նախագահ, ԵՊՀ շրջանավարտների միավորման հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանն այսօր մայրաքաղաքի Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանում ծանոթացել է «ԵՊՀ շրջանավարտների միավորում» հասարակական կազմակերպության կողմից իրականացվող բնակարանային ապահովության սոցիալական ծրագրի իրականացման ընթացքին: Հանրապետության Նախագահը Երևանի քաղաքապետի, համայնքի ղեկավարի և ծրագրի պատասխանատուների ուղեկցությամբ այցելել է Պարույր Սևակի 8 և 8/1 հասցեներում «Մատչելի բնակարան երիտասարÕ ¤ գիտնականներին և ստեղծագործական միությունների անդամներին» բնակարանային ապահովության ծրագրով կառուցվող «Զեյթուն 1» շենքային համալիրի տիպային բնակարաններ, այնուհետև ծանոթացել է հարակից տարածքում «Մատչելի բնակարան երիտասարդ մասնագետներին» բնակարանային ապահովության ծրագրով կառուցվող «Զեյթուն 2» համալիրի նախագծերին ու մեկնարկած շինարարական աշխատանքների ընթացքին:

Ինչպեստեղեկացրին ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, Ավան վարչական շրջանում ևս Սերժ Սարգսյանին ներկայացրել են նույն բնակապահովության սոցիալական ծրագրի շրջանակներում Ծարավ Աղբյուրի փողոցում կառուցվող «Ավան 4» և «Ավան 5» բնակարանաշինական ծրագրերի ընթացքը:

Շուկայականից ցածր գներով «ԵՊՀ շրջանավարտների միավորում» հասարակական կազմակերպության կողմից տարբեր բնագավառների երիտասարդ մասնագետների՝ դասախոսների և գիտաշխատողների, լրագրողների, հանրակրթական դպրոցների մանկավարժների, բժիշկների և մարզիկների, ՀՀ ԳԱԱ երիտասարդ գիտաշխատողների ու արվեստագետների, բանկային համակարգի, տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների և հեռահաղորդակցության ոլորտների, Մատենադարանի ու Ազգային պատկերասրահի երիտասարդ մասնագետների, պետական ու համայնքային ծառայողների համար կառուցվող բազմաբնակարանային-բազմաֆունկցիոնալ շենքային համալիրների բնակարանաշինական ծրագրերի ընդհանուր արժեքը կազմում է 38 մլրդ 315 մլն 56 հազար 828 ՀՀ դրամ, իսկ կառուցվող բնակարանների ընդհանուր քանակը՝ 1795:

Ավան համայնքում Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը ներկա է գտնվել նաև Ծարավ Աղբյուրի փողոցում կառուցվելիք ուսումնամարզական համալիրի հիմնարկեքի արարողությանը, որին մասնակցել են «Գազպրոմ» ԲԲԸ վարչության նախագահ Ալեքսեյ Միլլերը և «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա» ՓԲԸ վարչության նախագահ և գլխավոր տնօրեն Վարդան Հարությունյանը: Նախագիծն իրականացվում է «Գազպրոմը՝ երեխաներին» ծրագրի շրջանակում: Նախագծի շինարարությունը, որի նախնական արժեքը կազմում է 49,3 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար, ամբողջությամբ կիրականացվի «Գազպրոմ» ԲԲԸ կողմից: 31 հազար 841 քմ ընդհանուր մակերեսով համալիրում գործելու են մանկապարտեզ, դպրոց, լողավազան, սահադաշտ, ֆուտբոլային դաշտ, ինչպես նաև մարզասրահներ և պարասրահ: Նախագծի համաձայն, ուսումնամարզական համալիրն օրական կարող է ընդունել շուրջ 2000 մարդ: Համալիրի օբյեկտների շահագործման և սպասարկման համար նախատեսվում է ստեղծել ավելի քան 230 աշխատատեղ:

Շինարարական աշխատանքների ավարտից հետո, հիշյալ տարածքում կարճ ժամանակահատվածում կկառուցվի նաև Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի կողմից նախատեսված 5500 քմ պուրակը:
