ՀՀ Վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի գլխավորությամբ կառավարությունում քննարկվել է ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության 2014թ. կատարված աշխատանքների, գերակա խնդիրների, ՀՀ կառավարության 2014թ. գործունեության միջոցառումների ծրագրի կատարման և գնահատված կատարողականի հաշվետվությունը: Անդրադարձ է կատարվել նաև 2015 թվականին ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարության կողմից իրականացվելիք ծրագրերին:

Ինչպես տեղեկացնում են ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը նշել է, որ 2014 թվականի ընթացքում իր գլխավորած գերատեսչությունը ՀՀ Նախագահի ուրվագծած արտաքին քաղաքականության ուղենիշների և նրա կողմից տրված հանձնարարականների հիման վրա շարունակել է աշխատանքներն՝ ուղղված երկրի արտաքին անվտանգության բաղադրիչի ամրապնդմանը, պետության զարգացման համար արտաքին բարենպաստ պայմանների և երաշխիքների ապահովմանը, միջազգային կազմակերպություններում և գործընթացներում ներգրավվածության խորացմանը: Տեղեկացվել է, որ տարվա ընթացքում կարևորագույն իրադարձությունը ՀՀ կողմից Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանը (ԵԱՏՄ) միանալու գործընթացի հաջող ավարտն էր, ինչը բխում է Հայաստանի ռազմավարական շահերից, նոր հնարավորություններ է բացում երկրի տնտեսական զարգացման համար:

ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարն անդրադարձել է տարբեր երկրների հետ հարաբերությունների սերտացման ու ընդլայնման ուղղությամբ հաշվետու ժամանակահատվածում կատարված աշխատանքներին, ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածություններին և դրանց արդյունքներին:

Միաժամանակ, նշվել է, որ Հայաստանը շարունակել է խորացնել իր ներգրավվածությունը ՄԱԿ-ի շրջանակներում: Մեծ ուշադրություն է հատկացվել Եվրոպայի Խորհրդում, ԵԱՀԿ-ում, Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի միջազգային կազմակերպությունում, միջազգային և տարածաշրջանային կառույցների ձևաչափերոււմ ընթացող համագործակցությանը ՀՀ ակտիվ մասնակցությանը: Անդրադարձ է կատարվել նաև նախորդ տարվա ընթացքում իրականացված բարձրաստիճան փոխայցերին:

Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը նշել է, որ ՀՀ վարչապետի հանձնարարականով արտերկրում ՀՀ դեսպանություններն ակտիվ աշխատանքներ են տարել ներդրումային ծրագրերի ներգրավման ուղղությամբ, մասնավորապես, իրենց հավատարմագրման երկրների գործարարներին ներկայացնելով բազմաթիվ գործնական առաջարկություններ, ինչպես նաև հայաստանյան բիզնես միջավայրն ու ներդրումային դաշտը:

Հաշվետու ժամանակահատվածում ՀՀ կողմից ստորագրվել է 85 միջազգային պայմանագիր և 29 միջազգային պայմանագիր չհանդիսացող փաստաթուղթ, վավերացվել է 78 և ուժի մեջ է մտել 41 միջկառավարական և միջպետական փաստաթուղթ: ԱԳՆ նախաձեռնությամբ մշակվել և ընդունվել են շուրջ 75 իրավական ակտերի նախագծեր:

Ամփոփելով քննարկումը՝ վարչապետ Աբրահամյանը կարևորել է ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ի ակտիվ ու նախաձեռնողական գործունեությունը, ինչպես երկկողմ, այնպես էլ բազմակողմ հարաբերություններում, արտերկրում Հայաստանի ներդրումային դաշտի ակտիվ և շարունակական ներկայացումը, հյուպատոսական հիմնարկների կողմից Հայաստանի և արտերկրի քաղաքացիներին մատուցվող ծառայությունների որակի բարձրացումը:
