Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն համայնքում սոցիալական նշանակության բնակելի շենքերը շահագործման կհանձնվեն երկու ամսից

Բնակարանային ապահովության սոցիալական ծրագրի շրջանակներում երկու ամսից Երևանի Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն համայնքում շահագործման կհանձնվի շուրջ 292 բնակարան, որոնք մատչելի պայմաններով տրամադրվում են հիմնականում երիտասարդ գիտնականներին և դասախոսերին: Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հայտնեց ՀՀ սպորտի և երիտասարդության հարցերի նախարարի տեղակալ Արսեն Քարամյանը: «Մենք 2014թ. օգոստոսի 2-ին շահագործման ենք հանձնել «Ավան 3» համալիրը՝ 338 բնակարանով: 10 ամիս հետո շահագործման կհանձնվի ամենախոշոր՝ 450 բնակարան պարունակող համալիրը՝ «Ավան 4»-ը: Ես կարծում եմ, որ 2017թ., երբ մենք կամփոփենք աշխատանքները, կունենանք շուրջ 2000 սոցիալական նշանակության բնակարան, եթե պահպանենք ներկայիս տեմպերը»,-  ընդգծեց Քարամյանը:

Նա հայտնեց, որ երեկ քաղաքապետարանի որոշմամբ կրկին Ավան վարչակական շրջանում հողատարածք է հատկացվել «Ավան 5» սոցիալական նշանակության բնակելի շենքի կառուցման համար: «Դա 100 բնակարանով փոքր շենք է լինելու: Ես կարծում եմ, որ առաջիկայում հարմարավետ այլ վայրերում մենք պետք է սկսենք նոր հողատարածքներ փնտրել, որպեսզի կարողանանք բավարարել առկա պահանջարկը: Մենք շուրջ 620 դիմում ունենք չբավարարված: Առաջիկայում կբավարարենք 134 շահառուի խնդիր, «Ավան 5»-ով՝ 100 շահառուի, իսկ մնացած դիմումները բավարարելու համար պետք է նոր շենքեր կառուցվեն»,- ասաց Քարամյանը:

Ապրիլի 16-ին ՀՀ Նախագահ, «ԵՊՀ շրջանավարտների միավորման» հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը մայրաքաղաքի Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանում ծանոթացել է «ԵՊՀ շրջանավարտների միավորում» հասարակական կազմակերպության կողմից իրականացվող բնակարանային ապահովության սոցիալական ծրագրի իրականացման ընթացքին: Հանրապետության Նախագահը Երևանի քաղաքապետի, համայնքի ղեկավարի և ծրագրի պատասխանատուների ուղեկցությամբ այցելել է Պարույր Սևակի 8 և 8/1 հասցեներում «Մատչելի բնակարան երիտասարդ գիտնականներին և ստեղծագործական միությ ունների անդամներին» բնակարանային ապահովության ծրագրով կառուցվող «Զեյթուն 1» շենքային համալիրի տիպային բնակարաններ, այնուհետև ծանոթացել է հարակից տարածքում «Մատչելի բնակարան երիտասարդ մասնագետներին» բնակարանային ապահովության ծրագրով կառուցվող «Զեյթուն 2» համալիրի նախագծերին ու մեկնարկած շինարարական աշխատանքների ընթացքին:

Ավան վարչական շրջանում ևս Սերժ Սարգսյանին ներկայացրել են նույն բնակապահովության սոցիալական ծրագրի շրջանակներում Ծարավ Աղբյուրի փողոցում կառուցվող «Ավան 4» և «Ավան 5» բնակարանաշինական ծրագրերի ընթացքը:
