Հայտնի հեռուստաաստղ Քիմ Քարդաշյանի այցելությունը թերեւս առաջին այն քայլերից էր, որ նյարդային ցնցման մեջ գցեց մեր հարեւան երկու երկրներին եւ դրանց ղեկավարներին: Քարդաշյանների այցի հետ կապված հայերի վերաբերմունքի եւ արձագանքի շուրջ Orer.am-ը զրուցեց «Սոցիոմետր» անկախ սոցիոլոգիական կենտրոնի տնօրեն Ահարոն Ադիբեկյանի հետ:

Վերջինիս խոսքով՝ եթե մենք այս հարցը դիտարկում ենք ավանդապաշտական արժեքային համակարգի տեսանկյունից, ապա ամենն է թվում կասկածելի՝ խոսքը Հայաստանի նկատմամբ աշխարհի ուշադրության սևեռվածության մասին է: Տեղի ունեցած իրադարձություններին ամերիկացու կամ եվրոպացու աչքերով նայելու տեսակետից, որը այլ մշակութային եւ արժեքային համակարգի մաս է, շատ նորմալ է, երբ մի կին, ով ունի իր բլոգը, ով ունի երկրպագուների մեծ բանակ, մտնում է մի ոլորտ եւ բոլորի ուշադրությունը սեւեռում է խնդրի վրա:

Անդրադառնալով ադրբեջանական վայնասունությանը՝ Ա. Ադիբեկյանը նկատեց, թե տարիներ առաջ ադրբեջանցիները գրել էին, թե «իբր մի ժողովուրդ, որը Քիմ Քարդաշյանի նման անհատ ունի, ինչպե՞ս կարող է իրեն բարեկիրթ համարել»:

«Ասեմ ձեզ, որ նման կարծիք արտահայտելով՝ ադրբեջանցիները մատնում են իրենց միջնադարյան հետամնաց էությունը: Յուրաքանչյուր հարցի շուրջ խոսելիս պետք է հասկանալ, թե եվրոպացին կամ օրինակ՝ ամերիկացին ինչպե՞ս է դիտարկում այդ թեման: Ամեն ժողովուրդ պետք է հաշիվ տա իրեն ու հասկանա՝ զարգացման որ փուլում է այդ պահին գտնվում` վաղ քրիստոնեակա՞ն, իսլամակա՞ն, միջնադարյա՞ն, թե՞ ժամանակակից աշխարհի, որն ընդունում է մարդկանց այնպես, ինչպես հարկն է ու այն նորմերով, որոնք համապատասխանում են զարգացած երկրին»:

Ինչ վերաբերում է զարգացած պետությունների մեծ ուշադրությանը Հայաստան վրա, սոցիոլոգն ասաց. «Մենք գիտենք, որ միլիոնավոր մարդիկ նայել են, թե ինչով է զբաղված Քարդաշյանը, նրանք կարդացել են Քիմի ուղերձը, կարծում եմ՝ դա քիչ բան չէ: Քիմի հետեւորդները բավականին գրագետ մարդիկ են, որոնք կարողանում են ամեն ինչ ադեկվատության սահմաններում դիտարկել: Հայոց ցեղասպանության խնդիրն այնքան կարեւոր է հայ ազգի համար, որ նույնիսկ Քիմ Քարդաշյանի նման էակը դա կարեւորում է, թողնում իր գործերը, գալիս է իր նախնիների հայրենիք եւ գլուխ է խոնարհում ի հարգանք զոհերի հիշատակի: Այս ամենն իր խորհուրդն ունի, որը մենք գնահատում ենք»:
