Սոցիոլոգն Արցախում կանխատեսում է ժողովրդավարական ընտրություններ

Արցախի խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին առաջադրված քաղաքական միավորումներից ընտրվելու ամենամեծ շանսերն ունի «Ազատ Հայրենիք» կուսակցությունը: Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ հայտնեց սոցիոլոգ Ահարոն Ադիբեկյանը: Հաջորդիվ` Արցախի ժողովրդավարական, Հայ Հեղափոխական Դաշնակցություն ու «Շարժում-88» կուսակցություններն են:

Հարցումն անցկացվել է ապրիլի 11-12-ին, ընտրանքում ընդգրկվել է 18 տարին լրացած 2 հազար 392 անձ, որից 592-ը հրաժարվել է մասնակցել հարցմանը` ընտրությունների նկատմամբ անտարբեր լինելու պատճառով: Արդյունքում հարցմանը մասնակցել է 1800 չափահաս անձ, որից 32 տոկոսը հաստատ մասնակցելու է ԼՂՀ Ազգային ժողովի ընտրություններին, 9 տոկոսը` հնարավոր է` մասնակցի, 5 տոկոսը հետաքրքրվում է, բայց չի մասնակցելու, 29 տոկոսը դեռ չի կողմնորոշվել` ձայնը ում տալ, 25 տոկոսն էլ հետաքրքրված չէ ընտրություններով: «Եթե հնարավոր մասնակիցների կեսը և չկողմնորոշվածների մեկ երրորդը միանան հաստատ մասնակցողներին, ապա մասնակցությունը կկազմի 55%, ինչը մոտ է նախորդ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների մակարդակին»,-ասաց սոցիոլոգը:

Ահարոն Ադիբեկյանի տեղեկացմամբ` հարցվածները այնքան էլ ծանոթ չեն առաջադրված կուսակցությունների ծրագրային դրույթներին ու ընտրության ժամանակ առաջնորդվում են` առանձին թեկնածուների դեմքերը, կեցվածքը հաշվի առնելով: «Կան պատգամավորներ, որոնց մասին ոչ ոք չգիտի, բայց իմացությունը շատ կարևոր է, որ կարողանան ընտրություն կատարել: Նրանց խնդիրը բարդանում է. նրանց պետք է ներկայացնեն որպես թեկնածու, այնուհետև նրանք պետք է ներկայացնեն իրենց ծրագրերը, իսկ նրանց, ում ճանաչում են, գործն ավելի է հեշտանում: Գործող վարչապետը և առաջատար կուսակցությունների ղեկավարները կոչ են անում ձևավորել ավելի կառուցողական ընդդիմություն և բոլորն աշխատեն պետականության վերականգնման համար և, կարծես, դա նրանց մոտ ստացվում է»,-ասաց սոցիոլոգը:

Ահարոն Ադիբեկյանի դիտարկմամբ` Արցախը կարող է դառնալ տարածաշրջանի ժողովրդավարության լավագույն մոդելը:
