Չնայած այն բանին, որ Քիմ Քարդաշյանն այլեւս հայրենիքում չէ, այնուամենայնիվ, հայ ժողովուրդը ուշի-ուշով հետեւում է նրա քայլերի հաջորդականությանն ու ցեղասպանության հարցի հետ կապված վերջինիս յուրաքանչյուր հայտարարության:

Հայտնի հեռուստաաստղի Հայաստան կատարած այցի շուրջ Orer.am-ը զրուցեց Ժողովրդական կուսակցության առաջնորդ Տիգրան Կարապետյանի հետ.

-Պարոն Կարապետյան, ինչ գնահատական կտաք Քիմ Քարդաշյանի այցին:

-Ես շատ դրական եմ վերաբերվել Քարդաշյանների այցելությանը Հայաստան, քանի որ Հայաստանի վերաբերյալ բազմաթիվ մարդիկ արդեն սկսել են խոսել: Կապ չունի, թե մարդ ինչ ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչ է` գիտնական, երգիչ, շոու-բիզնեսի ներկայացուցիչ: Եթե նա վերադառնում է հայրենիք՝ ունենալով փող, լինելով անկախ, ու այդ ամենը բարի կամքի դրսեւորում է, ապա շատ լավ է մեր հայության համար: Չէ՞ որ դրսի հայերն են այսօր պահում մեզ: Եթե Հռոմի պապը, Եվրախորհրդարանը դրական են խոսում հայերի մասին, դա դրսի հայերի շնորհքն է, այլ ոչ թե ներսի կլանի: Մոտ տասը միլիոն հայ գտնվում է դրսում, մենք նրանցով պետք է ուրախանանք, ոչ թե ասեկոսեներ տարածենք:

-Ոմանք փորձեցին քննադատել Քիմ Քարդաշյանին: Ի՞նչ եք կարծում՝ ինչո՞վ է դա պայմանավորված:

-Չգիտեմ, իմ շրջապատը շատ դրական է վերաբերել ու վերաբերվում Քիմ Քարդաշյանին ու նրա այցին: Նա հայասեր աղջիկ է, մաքուր ձեւով ու մաքուր սրտով եկել էր Հայաստան:

-Շատերը պնդում են, որ Քիմ Քարդաշյանը մի քանի օրում ավելի շատ բան արեց Հայաստանի համար, քան տեղի իշխանությունները: Դուք այդ կարծիքի՞ն եք:

-Այո′, անշուշտ, այդպես է: Մեր իշխանությունները մտածում են միայն հարստանալու մասին, իսկ Քիմ Քարդաշյանը` հայրենիքի: Հայրենիքը Քիմի համար դատարկ խոսք չէ:

- Դուք չե՞ք հանդիպել Քարդաշյանի հետ:

-Ո′չ, ցավոք չեմ հանդիպել Քիմ Քարդաշյանի հետ, բայց կուզեի հանդիպել:

- Այդ դրական վերաբերմունքը գուցե նաեւ նրա գեղեցի՞կ արտաքինի հետ կապ ունի:

- Նա սովորական մարդ չէ, նա դեմք է, ով հասել է բարձունքների, ում, ի դեպ, գնահատում են շատ ու շատ նախագահներ: Ես կարծում եմ՝ իրենով պետք է պարծենանք:

-Փաստորեն,այն պաշտոնյաներն ու երկրի ղեկավարները, որոնք ցանկացել են, բայց այդպես էլ չեն հանդիպել Քիմ Քարդաշյանին, պետք է նախանձեն Հովիկ Աբրահամյանին:

-Դե, ես չգիտեմ: Ինձ համար Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը չափանիշ չէ: Ընդհանրապես մեր հայությունը պետք է գնահատի իր հանճարներին, դե Քիմն էլ իր մոդելային ոլորտի մեջ է հանճար:
