Միջազգային ներդրողների «ախորժակը փակվել է»՝ տեսնելով Թուրքիայում կատարվող իրադարձությունները

Թուրքիայում հունիսի 7-ին` խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից ամիսներ առաջ ամեն ինչ խճճվել է. թուլանում է երկրի տնտեսությունը, գնաճը մարտին հասել է եռամսյակի ամենաբարձր ցուցանիշին, սննդամթերքը թանկացել է, արժույթը` թուլացել` նվազեցնելով տոկոսադրույքները պակասեցնելու և տնտեսական աճ ապահովելու կենտրոնական բանկի հույսերը:

Մի շարք հեղինակավոր պարբերականներ ահազանգում են, որ Թուրքիայի ազգային արժույթը գրանցել է դոլարի նկատմամբ պատմական նվազագույնը՝ 2.51 լիրա մեկ դոլարի դիմաց: Ավելին լուրեր են շրջանառվում, որ գործազրկությունն ահագնացող տեմպերի է հասել և բյուջեի դեֆիցիտը, հունիսին կայանալիք ընտրությունների նախաշեմին, անհանգստությունների տեղիք է տալիս երկրի տնտեսական հեռանկարի հարցում:

Financial Times-ը  գրում է, որ այս տարի Թուրքիայի արժույթը արժեզրկվել է ավելի քան 16 տոկսով և պատմության մեջ առաջին անգամ հատել է լիրայի 2.70 սահմանը: Այս ամենը հանգեցերել է նրան, որ Թուրքիան հայտնվել է 2015թ արժութային շուկայի ամենավատ զարգացում գրանցող պետություն վարկանիշում: Պաշտոնական տվյալների համաձայն, Թուրքիայում դեկտեմբեր-փետրվար ամսիներին գործազրկությունը 10.3 տոկոսից հասել է 11.3 տոկոսի, իսկ երկրի բյուջեի դեֆիցիտը` 6.8 միլիարդ լիրայի ($2.51մլրդ)» :

Hurriyet Daily News-ի  տեղեկացմամբ, մինչ վերականգնվող դոլարը տարբեր ուղղություններով հարված է հասցնում արժութային շուկային, լիրան, դրամավարկային քաղաքականության մեջ քաղաքական միջամտության պատճառով, «փակուղու առաջ է կանգնել »:

Ավելին, ըստ մի շարք վերլուծաբանների, ընտրություններից հետո հնարավոր է կոալիցիոն կառավարության ստեղծում, որն էլ իր հերթին բացասական հետևանքների կհանգեցնի»:
Moody’s  վարկանիշային գործակալությունը նախազգուշացրել էր, որ երկրի բանկային համակարգի հեռանկարը բացասական է` տնտեսական աճի թուլացման և արժությանի խոցելիության, ինչպես նաև միջազգային ներդրողների վստահության պակասի պատճառով:

Նման պատկերը տեսնելուց հետո, բնականբար, «փակվում է միջազգային ներդրողների ախորժակը». աճող գնաճը, արժութային խոցելիությունը, գործազրկությունն ազդանշաներ են, որ նրանք հետագայում կարող են մի շարք խնդիրների դեմ առ դեմ կանգնել: 2015թ․ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների իրականացման համար անհրաժեշտ պետական ծախսերն էլ ավելի են մեծացնելու բյուջեի աճող դեֆիցիտը, որն էլ իր հերթին նշանակում է ավելի մեծ ռիսկեր ու բարձր գներ:

Հունիսին կայանալիք խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում «Արդարություն և զարգացում» կուսակցությունը բացարձակ հաղթանակ չգրանցելու դեպքում, ի հայտ կգան տնտեսության խոցելիությունն ու ռիսկերը:
