«Երևան ջան...Երբ չես ուզում հավատաս, որ Երևանը հախվերդյանական չի էլ, այլ վատ բիթերի քաղաք է...

Երբ Կոզիրյոկի արվեստասեր մասսայի փոխարեն իսկական երևանցի են փաբում ամեն օր մինչ լույս առավոտ անելիք չունեցող ,վերջին մի քանի դրամն ալկոհոլի վրա ծախսող ու այդ ընթացքում ոչ մի արժեքավոր բան չստեղծող,կամ գոնե ստեղծագործ միտքը չզարգացնող մարդիք... Երբ քաղաքի հոգին են համարվում ասել է թե «ալտերնատիվ» տղաները,և բացօթյա բարձրահարկ շենքի տանիքում 18 սանտիմետր գետնից բարձր մի կերպ քայլող ու իբրև թե պարելու փորձ անող, անպայման մոխիտոյի բաժակը ձեռքներին ,դեմքներին էլ մելի,գիպսի և գաջի խարնուրդ շպարով (դե, կապիկի մարմնի մի մաս հիշեցնող շուրթերի մասին լռում եմ) աղջիկները... 

Երբ առաջադեմ երիտասարդ ես համարվում, եթե նորագույն տեխնոլոգիաների վերջին տենդենսներին ես ծանոթ...ու անպայման հստակ անգլերեն կարողանում ես ասել էդ բոլոր անունները... Երբ հետաքրքիր մարդ ես համարվում,եթե ֆբ-ում ամեն օր մի  «բոց» ես գրում...

Երբ հետամնաց ես...,եթե պոեզիա ես սիրում...
Երբ ինքդ քո ցանկությունների վրայով անցնելով, քեզ ստիպում ես  «ուրիշ» լինել, ում ոչ ոք չի հասկանում, որովհետև հիմա էդպես մոդայա...

Երբ թքած ունես բոլորի վրա, ու իբրև թե ապրում ես էնպես ինչպես ուզում ես...չհասկանալով որ ուր էլ փախնես,Դու էդ հասարակության մի մասն ես կազմում...

 Երևանն ինձ համար Հախվերդյանի երգերն են, բակերում խալի լվացող կանայք են, ամռանը հարևաններով զակատ անող տիկնայք են, Կասկադում Երևանյան երգեր երգող ու ուղղակի ուրախացող, քաղաքի տարբեր անկյուններում ոգևորված ապագա պլլաների մասին խոսող երիտասարդնեն են...խորովածի առիթով, օրն ուղղակի տոն դարձնելու համար, քաղաքից դուրս գնացող ընտանիքներն են, Երևանով ոգեշնչված Սարյանի պուրակի նկարներն ու դրանք գնահատողներն են, Երևանով արբած սիրահարներն են...

Երևանը տուն ու շենք չէ...Երևանը Մենք ենք...»:
