Սյունիքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում Դավիթ Գրիգորյանի նախագահությամբ ավարտվել է Հարություն Ս.-ի գործի դատական քննությունը:

1993 թվականին ծնված 21-ամյա Հարությունը բարձրագույն զինվորական կրթություն ունի, ծառայում է որպես դասակի հրամանատար, կոչումով լեյտենանտ է:

Ըստ դատական ակտի՝ 2014 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 15-ին, ժամը 22 –ի սահմաններում լեյտենանտ Հարությունը գտնվել է անչափահաս՝ 2001 թվականի մայիսին ծնված, փաստորեն՝ 13 տարեկան Ամալյայի (անունը փոխված է) ծնողներին պատկանող առանձնատանը:

13-ամյա աղջիկը երիտասարդ լեյտենանտին ասել է, թե ինքը 15 տարեկան է: Ու 21 տարեկան երիտասարդը, տրվելով դեռահաս աղջկա գայթակղությանը, հենց Ամալյայի «նախաձեռնությամբ, կամքով ու առաջարկով» սեքսուալ բնույթի գործողություններ է կատարել նրա հետ…

Հարություն Ս.-ն մեղադրվել է ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 141 հոդվածի 1-ին մասով՝ որպես չափահաս մարդ, ով սեքսուալ բնույթի գործողություններ է կատարել ակնհայտ 16 տարին չբոլորած աղջկա հետ:

Դատարանում Հարությունն իրեն մեղավոր է ճանաչել և միջնորդել է գործը քննել արագացված ընթացակարգով:

Տուժող աղջիկը և նրա օրինական ներկայացուցիչը չեն առարկել, նրանք հայտնել են, թե ամբաստանյալից բողոք կամ պահանջ չունեն:
