Մարալիկում բացվեց Սողոմոն Թեհլերյանի հուշարձանը

Շիրակի մարզում շարունակվում է Մեծ եղեռնի 100-ամյա տարելիցին նվիրված միջոցառումների շարքը: Մարալիկում ապրիլի 22-ին բացվեց Սողոմոն Թեհլերյանի հուշարձանը: Այդ քաղաքում էին մարզային իշխանության ներկայացուցիչները՝ Շիրակի մարզպետ ֆելիքս Ցոլակյանի գլխավորությամբ, պատգամավորներ« համայնքապետեր: Նախաձեռնությունը ռուսաստանաբնակ մարալիկցի Յուրա Հովհաննիսյանինն է, ում աջակցությամբ տեղա¹րվեց հուշարձանը:

Քանդակագործ վարպետը՝ Սամվել Պետրոսյանը, Թեհլերյանի հուշարձանը քանդակել է ատրճանակը ձեռքին, իսկ ոտքի տակ ժայռի բեկոր ¿:

Այն, որ այսօր Սողոմոն Թեհլերյանը ոչ թե որպես վրիժառու, այլ հայոց պահանջատիրությունն ու աշխարհում Ցեղասպանության ճանաչման խորհուրդն է՝ վստահ են շատերը: «Այս հուշարձանի բացումը շատ խորհրդանշական է. մենք սրանով ցույց ենք տալիս մեր ոգին ու մեր պայքարի ուղղությունն ու ուժը»,- հուշարձանի բացման ժամանակ նշեց Շիրակի մարզպետ ֆելիքս Ցոլակյանը:

«Մեկ դար է անցել պատմական դաժան այն ժամանակաշրջանից, երբ իրագործվեց Ցեղասպանությունը: Թուրքերի կողմից ոչնչացվեց շուրջ 1.5 միլիոն հայ: Հայը կորցրեց իր հողերի մեծ մասը, բայց հայը չէր կարող անպատասխան թողնել թուրքերի ոճրագործությունը և պետք էր հատուցում այդ ոճրագործության կազմակերպիչներից: Սողոմոն Թեհլերյանը եղավ այն մարդը, ով 1921 թվականին Բեռլինում գնդակահարեց Թալեաթին»,- իր խոսքում նշեց Մարալիկի քաղաքապետ Արտակ Գևորգյանը:

Սողոմոն Թեհլերյանը ծնվել է 1896 թվականին Բագառիճում՝ Արևմտյան Հայաստանում« 1913 թվականին փոխադրվել է Սերբիա։ Առաջին համաշխարհային պատերազմն սկսվելուն պես նա մեկնել է Հայաստան« ուր մասնակցել է կամավորական շարժմանը՝ Անդրանիկի գնդում։ 1915 թվականին Թեհլերյանը վերապրել է Ցեղասպանությունը« ինչը շատ մեծ ազդեցություն է ունեցել նրա կյանքում։ 1921 թվականին Թեհլերյանը մասնակցել է Դաշնակցության «Նեմեսիս» գործողությանը՝ առաջադրանք ստանալով սպանել Մեծ եղեռնի գլխավոր կազմակերպչին՝ Թալեաթ փաշային։ Նույն տարվա մարտի 15-ին Բեռլինի Շառլոտենբուրգ թաղամասի Հարդենբերգ փողոցում Սողոմոն Թեհլերյանը գնդակահարում է Թալեաթին և ձերբակալվում։ Սակայն 1921 թվականի հունիսի 2-ին գերմանական դատարանը անպարտ է ճանաչում Սողոմոն Թեհլերյանին։ Նա երկար տարիներ ապրել է Սերբիայի մայրաքաղաք Բելգրադում։ 1945 թվականից հետո բնակություն է հաստատել ԱՄՆ-ի Ֆրեզնո քաղաքում« որտեղ էլ մահացել է 1960 թվականի մայիսի 23-ին։

Մարալիկից բացի, Թեհլերյանին նվիրված հուշարձաններ է կան Ֆրեզնոյում« Մաստարա գյուղում և Երևանում։
