Գերմանիայի խորհրդարանում մեկնարկեց Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը ճանաչող նոր բանաձևի քննարկումը

Գերմանիայի Բունդեսթագում մեկնարկեց լիագումար նիստը, որի օրակարգի առաջին հարցը 1915-ին Օսմանյան կայսրությունում հայերի ցեղասպանությունը ճանաչող նոր բանաձևի քննարկումն է: Ուշագրավ է, որ ներկայացվելիք զեկույցներում «կոտորածների» և «ջարդերի» փոխարեն հստակ օգտագործվում է ցեղասպանություն եզրը:

Հարցի քննարկմանը հատկացված է մեկ ժամ: Թեմայի վերաբերյալ զեկույցներով հանդես կգան ինչպես իշխող կոալիցիոն կուսակցական եռյակը` Գերմանիայի կանցլեր Անգելա Մերկելի ղեկավարած Սոցիալ-դեմոկրատական կուսակցությունը, Քրիստոնյա-դեմոկրատները, Քրիստոնյա սոցիալ-դեմոկրատները, այնպես էլ ձախերն ու կանաչները: Դրանից հետո քվեարկության է դրվելու բանաձևի նախագիծն` արդեն «ցեղասպանություն» եզրույթով ու հիմնավորմամբ, թե որ կոնվենցիայի որ կետով են օսմանյան Թուրքիայում տեղի ունեցած ջարդերը ենթակա կոչվելու «ցեղասպանություն»: Արդեն զեկու ցով է հանես եկել Գերմանիայի սոցիալ-դեմոկրատական կուսակցության անդամ Գեմոթ Էրվերը: Ներկայումս զեկույցով է հանդես գալիս ձախակողմյաններից Ուլա Յելփկեն: «Սկզբում սպանեցին հայ տղամարդկանց, իսկ ապրլի 24-ին հայ մտավորականությանը, ապա կանանց, ծերերին և երեխաներին»,- նշում Յեփկեն:

Գերմանիայի ամենախոշոր խմբակցությունների առաջադրած բանաձևում մասնավորապես նշվում է. «Մեկ միլիոնից ավելի էթնիկ հայերի ծրագրված բնաջնջումը և արտաքսումը 20-րդ դարում իրականացված զանգվածային բնաջնջման, էթնիկ զտումների, արտաքսումների և ցեղասպանության օրինակ է»:

Գերմանիայի խորհրդարանը դեռևս 2005 թվականին ընդունել է 1915 թվականին Օսմանյան կայսրությունում հայերի զանգվածային բնաջնջման, էթնիկ զտումների և աքսորի մասին բանաձև, որում սակայն նշված չի եղել «ցեղասպանություն» բառեզրը: Դաշնային կառավարությունը դիվանագիտական նկատառումներից ելնելով սկզբում խուսափում էր «ցեղասպանություն» բառն օգտագործելուց:

Գերմանիայի դիրքորոշման մեջ շրջադարձ տեղի ունեցավ ապրիլի 20-ին` Գերմանիայի Դաշնության արտաքին գործերի նախարար Ֆրանկ-Վալտեր Շտայնմայերի և կանցլեր Անգելա Մերկելի խոսնակ Շտեֆան Զայբերթի հայտարարություններից հետո:

Իսկ Գերմանիայի Դաշնության Նախագահ Յոահիմ Գաուկն ապրիլի 23-ին Բեռլինի Մայր տաճարում կայանացած Հայոց ցեղասպանության հիշատակի արարողությանն իր ելույթում հայերի կոտորածները «ցեղասպանություն» է որակել:
