ԱԺ ԲՀԿ խմբակցության նախկին պատգամավոր Վարդան Բոստանջյանը, Orer.am-ի հետ զրույցի ժամանակ անդրադառնալով Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-ամյա տարելիցին, նշեց.

«Թուրքիայի կողմից իրականացված Հայոց ցեղասպանության ամբողջ մեղքն ու մաղձը նստած է թուրք ժողովրդի վրա: Մեղադրանքները մի կողմ դնելով՝ ասեմ, որ այս իրադարձությունները հղի են մեր հարեւան պետության համար լուրջ հետեւանքներով, մասնավորապես, աշխատելու է փոխհատուցման ինստիտուտը: Բոլոր իրավասու միջազգային ինստիտուտներն արդեն ամրագրել են իրենց փաստաթղթերում, որ ցեղասպանության պարագան ոչ թե ենթադրում, այլ պահանջում է ճակատային փոխհատուցում, դա կլինի անշարժ գույք, գումար, բարոյական արժեքներ»:

Ըստ Վ. Բոստանջյանի՝ Թուրքիայի ներկայիս իշխանություններն այս պահին գտնվում են վիբրացիոն ռեժիմում, իսկ թե որն է տվյալ պետության նման վիճակում հայտնվելու պատճառը, նա պարզաբանեց. «Թուրքիայի իշխանությունները վախենում են ոչ թե մեղքն իրենց վրա վերցնելու պարտավորությունից, այլ նրանք մտածում են, որ վաղն արդեն բոլորի կողմից կբարձրաձայնվեն փոխհատուցման հարցերը, հենց այս ամենն է պատճառ հանդիսացել, որ Թուրքիայի մոտ ջղաձգումներ են առաջանում, եւ նրանք գտնվում են նման վիբրացիոն ռեժիմներում»:

Նախկին պատգամավորը նաեւ նկատեց. «Միջազգային հանրության, իսկ ավելի կոնկրետ՝ կառավարողների կողմից, շատ ցցուն ու արտահայտիչ են դարձել այն հանգամանքները, որ ժողովրդավարության առումով բազմակի ստանդարտներ են կիրառվում, սակայն դրանք կիրառվում են ըստ շահերի պահանջների: Ասում են, թե երկրները գնալով դառնում են ավելի դեմոկրատ ու արդեն ուշադրություն են դարձնում Հայոց ցեղասպանության հարցին: Ասեմ, որ այս ամենի հետ կապված ես ունեմ մտահոգություն, քանի որ ամեն երկիր իր շահն է հետապնդում, սակայն եթե մենք մենակ դուրս գանք Թուրքիայի դեմ, ապա պայքարի ընթացքում կունենանք անհաղթահարելի դժվարություններ: Բոլոր դեպքերում պատմական տարբեր ժամանակահատվածներում Թուրքիան կարող էր քամահրանքով կամ մատների արանքով նայել երեւույթին, սակայն հիմա նա հասկանում է երեւույթի ուժգնացումը եւ դրանից բխող բոլոր ռիսկերն ու վտանգները: Դա է պատճառը, որ Թուրքիայի ներկայիս իշխանությունները չեն կարողանում առերեսվել իրենց նախնիների կողմից իրականացրածի հետ»,- խոսքի ավարտին նշեց Բոստանջյանը:
