ԱՀԿ-ն խնդրում Է 5 մլն դոլար տրամադրել Նեպալում տուժածներին օգնելու համար

Շտապ կարգով 5 մլն դոլարի չափով ֆինանսական օգնություն Է պահանջվում Նեպալում ավերիչ երկրաշարժից տուժածներին առաջին օգնություն ցուցաբերելու համար: Այդ մասին ապրիլի 27-ին հայտարարել Է Առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպությունը (ԱՀԿ):

Բոլոր միջոցները կփոխանցվեն Նեպալի առողջապահության նախարարության հասցեով՝ տուժածներին առաջին օգնությունը ցուցաբերելու նպատակով:

Երկրաշարժից հետո առաջին ժամերին ԱՀԿ-ն Նեպալի հիվանդանոցներին դեղորայք Է բաժանել, որը թույլ կտա 40 հազար մարդու բուժել երեք ամսվա ընթացքում: Բացի այդ, Կազմակերպությունը առողջապահության բնագավառում արտակարգ իրավիճակների Հարավարեւելյան Ասիայի իր տարածաշրջանային հիմնադրամից (SEARHEF), որպես առաջին մասնաբաժին, անհապաղ 175 հազար դոլար Է փոխանցել Նեպալի առողջապահության նախարարությանը: Ինչպես նաեւ ուժեղացրել Է իր ստորաբաժանումը Նեպալում՝ երկիր ուղարկելով արտակարգ իրավիճակների հակազդման հարցերով 10 փորձագետների:

Ավելի վաղ HIS վերլուծական ընկերության փորձագետները կանխատեսել են, որ ապրիլի 25-ին Նեպալում տեղի ունեցած ավերիչ երկրաշարժի պատճառած տնտեսական վնասը կարող Է կազմել 5 մլրդ դոլար կամ երկրի ՀՆԱ-ի 20 տոկոսը: Վերլուծաբանները նաեւ նշում են, որ Նեպալին անհրաժեշտ Է մյուս երկրների օգնությունը:

«Շտապ կարգով անհրաժեշտ կլինեն օգնություն ցուցաբերելու եւ փրկարարական աշխատանքներ անցկացնելու միջազգային լուրջ ջանքեր, ինչպես նաեւ լայնածավալ միջազգային ֆինանսավորում եւ տնտեսության վերականգնման երկարաժամկետ տեխնիկական աջակցություն»,-ասված Է HIS-ի՝ Ասիա-խաղաղօվկիանոսյան տարածաշրջանի հարցերով գլխավոր տնտեսագետ Ռաջիվ Բիսվասի հաղորդագրության մեջ:

Առավել ուժգին ստորգետնյա ցնցումները Նեպալում գրանցվել են ապրիլի 25-ին. 7,9 մագնիտուդով առաջին երկրաշարժը տեղի է ունեցել տեղական ժամանակով ժամը 11:41-ին (Երեւանի ժամանակով՝ ժամը 10:11-ին): Դրա էպիկենտրոնը գտնվել է մայրաքաղաք Կատմանդուից 80 կիլոմետր հյուսիս-արեւմուտք ընկած շրջանում: 6,6 մագնիտուդով երկրորդ երկրաշարժը գրանցվել է տեղական ժամանակով ժամը 12:15-ին: Տարերքի օջախը գտնվում էր 10 կիլոմետր խորության վրա:

ՄԱԿ-ի արտակարգ իրավիճակների գնահատման եւ դրանց հակազդման կոորդինացման խմբի տվյալներով՝ ընդամենն աղետի գոտում հայտնվել է առնվազն 6,6 մլն բնակիչ, հաղորդել Է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին:
