ԼՂ հակամարտությունը սառեցվել է 21 տարի առաջ: Այդ ընթացքում Ադրբեջանն արևմտյան նավթային ընկերությունների հետ մի շարք պայմանագրեր է կնքել, գրում է ամերիկյան հեղինակավոր Bloomberg գործակալությունը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության գոտում լարվածության սրման մասին:

«Ցանկացած պահի ռազմական գործողությունները Ղարաբաղում կարող են վերսկսվել»,- գրում է գործակալությունը:
