Հայաստանի քաղաքական դաշտում փոփոխություններ մտցնելու ցանկությամբ` Սոցիալ դեմոկրատ Հնչակյան կուսակցությունն ու Հայաստանի Դեմոկրատական կուսակցությունը մայիսի մեկին համատեղ հավաք են հրավիրել: Ապրիլի 28-ին կայացած ասուլիսի ժամանակ Սոցիալ դեմոկրատ Հնչակյան կուսակցության Հայաստանի վարչության ատենապետ Նարեկ Գալստյանը նշեց, որ պատրաստ են հետևողական աշխատանքի և մայիսի մեկի հանրահավաքին կներկայացնեն փոփոխությունների իրենց տեսլականը: «Ես հավաստիացնում եմ, որ մայիսի մեկի հանրահավաքը չի լինելու հայտարարությունների հիման վրա, կներկայացվի այն, ինչ պետք է անենք մենք, փոփոխությունների ճանապարհային քարտեզը: Դա վերաբերում է թե աշխատավորների իրավունքների պաշտապանության հարցերին, թե արհեստակցական միությունների անգործության պարագայում առաջացող խնդիրներին: Հանրահավաքին չեն հնչելու ապրիորի հայտարարություններ»,-ասաց Նարեկ Գալստյանը:

Ինչ վերաբերում է Հայաստանի Դեմոկրատական կուսակցության հետ համագործակցությանը` Նարեկ Գալստյանը նշեց, որ իրենք բաց են գաղափարապես նույն հարթության վրա գտնվող ուժերի հետ գործակցելու համար:

Հայաստանի Դեմոկրատական կուսակցության նախագահ Արամ Սարգսյանն էլ նշեց, որ իրենք երբևիցե սուտ խոստումներ չեն տվել ու եղել են այն կուսակցությունները, որ գործել են իրենց ուժերի ներածին չափով: «Մենք հիմա ուզում ենք ժողովրդին ասել, որ դուք պետք է ճիշտ ընտրություն կատարեք: Մենք ավանտյուրաների չենք գնալու, այլ ներկայացնելու ենք այն մեխանիզմները, թե ինչպես կարող ենք այս կամ այն խնդիրն իրականացնել»,-ասաց Արամ Սարգսյանը` պատասխանելով հարցին, թե ինչպես են պատրաստվում հանրահավաքի դուրս բերել բազմիցս հիասփաթված ժողովրդին:

Արամ Սարգսյանը հայտնեց, որ իրենց պատկերացրած համակարգում պետք է գործի սոցիալական արդարության սկզբունքը, որը մարդկանց թույլ է տալիս ճիշտ իրացնել իրենց հնարավորությունները:

Նարեկ Գալստյանի կարծիքով` Հայաստանում ընդդիմադիր դաշտը բաց է մնացել ու իրենք պատրաստ են հետևողական աշխատանքի միջոցով լրացնել այդ բացը:
