Մորգան Նաոմի Քլարքը տղա է ծնվել ու ի սկզբանե կրել է Նաթան անունը։ Իր կյանքի առաջին 22 տարիները նա ապրել է որպես տղա, սակայն երկու տարի առաջ նա սկսեց կանացի հորմոններ ընդունել՝ պատրաստվելով առաջիկայում ծրագրված սեռափոխությանը։

Ներկայումս Մորգանը պատրաստվում է մասնակցել Մեծ Բրիտանիայի Միսս Տրանսգենդեր մրցույթին։ Նա համարում է, որ ծնվել է սխալ մարմնում։ Դեռևս պատանի հասակում ընտանիքի անդամներն ու ընկերները նրան «գեյ» էին անվանում։ Այնուամենայնիվ, Մորգանը հավատացած էր, որ ինքը ոչ թե գեյ է, այլ որ ինքնությամբ կին է։ Նա 21 տարեկան էր, երբ վերջնականապես որոշեց սեռափոխության ենթարկվել։ Սեռափոխությունից հետո նա մոդելային գործունեություն սկսեց և հույս ունի, որ հենց ինքն է հաղթող ճանաչվելու գեղեցկության մրցույթում։

From a young age Morgan was aware of her gender confusion

Պատանի ժամանակ Մորգանն սկսեց աղջկա պես հագնվել։ Մորգանի սեռափոխությունն ամբողջական չէ։ Նա դեռևս միայն հորմոններ է ընդունում և ծրագրում է կրծքերի մեծացման վիրահատություն կատարել։

Morgan says that win or loose it will be a huge step for her and hopefully the transgender community

Նա դեռևս բավանկանաչափ գումար չունի դրա համար, սակայն մոդելային բիզնեսը բավականին եկամտաբեր է, ու շուտով անհրաժեշտ գումարը կհավաքվի։ Մորգանն ասում է, որ իր համար ոգեշնչման աղբյուր են հանդիսանում այնպիսի աստղեր, ինչպիսիք են Նաոմի Քեմփբելը և Քեյթ Մոսը։

Morgan says that her family were not accepting when she revealed she was born in the wrong body and their lack of support caused her to become depressed and drop out of university 

Մորգանի ծնողները բնավ ուրախ չէին իրենց որդու՝ սեռափոխության ենթարկվելու որոշման համար։ Դա իսկական շոկ էր թե՛ նրա ծնողների, թե՛ եղբայրների համար։ Այդ շրջանում Մորգանը սովորում էր համալսարանի դիզայներական բաժնում, սակայն այնքան ծանր դեպրեսիայի մեջ ընկավ, որ դուրս մնաց համալսարանից։ Նա ցանկանում է վերադառնալ համալսարան, սակայն ոչ հիմա։ Նրա առաջիկա պլանները կապված են գեղեցկության մրցույթի հետ։ Թեպետ նա շատ է ուզում հաղթել, միաժամանակ առաջնորդվում է այն համոզմամբ, որ կարևորը մասնակցությունն է, ոչ թե հաղթանակը։
