Արմավիրի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում Արթուր Ադամյանի նախագահությամբ ընթանում է Սարգիս Հ.-ի և մյուսների գործի դատական քննությունը:

Ըստ մեղադրանքի՝ 21-ամյա Սարգիսը 2014 թվականի հուլիսի 17-ից մինչև օգոստոսի 9-ը իր աշխատանքի վայր հանդիսացող բենզալցակայանի սենյակում, ինչպես նաև լցակայանի մոտակայքում գտնվող մթերային խանութում պարբերաբար անառակաբարո գործողություններ է կատարել խանութի տիրոջ անչափահաս դստեր՝ 2002 թվականի նոյեմբերի 3-ին ծնված, 12 տարին դեռ չբոլորած աղջկա նկատմամբ:

Այս արարքի համար Սարգսին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 142 հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով:

Օգոստոսի 9-ի կեսօրին, երբ, ըստ երևույթին, ի հայտ է եկել անառակաբարո գործողությունների կատարումը, աղջկա 35-ամյա հայրը բենզալցակայանի սենյակում ծեծի է ենթարկել Սարգսին՝ ըստ մեղադրանքի՝ նա մի ձեռքով բռնել է Սարգսի պարանոցից, մյուս ձեռքը բռունցք արած՝ 3-4 հարված է հասցրել Սարգսի կրծքավանդակին և ուսերին ու պատճառել է ֆիզիկական ցավ:

Ծեծից հինգ րոպե անց Սարգիսը բենզալցակայանից վերցրել է մետաղապլաստե խողովակ ու 27-ամյա եղբոր՝ Մակարի հետ գնացել է տուժող աղջկա հոր խանութ, այնտեղ խողովակով մի քանի անգամ հարվածել է աղջկա՝ քիչ առաջ իրեն բռունցքով հարվածած հոր գլխին՝ պատճառելով ֆիզիկական ցավ:

Այս արարքի համար էլ Սարգիսը մեղադրվել է ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 118 հոդվածով:

Նույն ժամանակ նույն խանութում ծավալված վիճաբանության ժամանակ Սարգիսը խանութում գտնվող մի տղամարդու առողջությանը անզգուշությամբ միջին ծանրության վնաս է հասցրել. նա հյութի շիշ է նետել այդ տղամարդու ուղղությամբ, բայց շիշը դիպել է պահարանի ապակուն, ապակին ջարդվել ու թափվել է տղամարդու ձեռքին՝ վնասելով նրա աջ դաստակի թիկնային մակերեսը, առաջին մատի տարածիչ ջիլը:

Այս արարքի համար Սարգսին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 121 հոդվածով:

Սարգսի եղբայր Մակարը, ըստ մեղադրանքի, գնալով եղբոր արարքի հետևանքով տուժած աղջնակի հոր խանութ, վերջինիս գցել է գետնին, մետաղապլաստե խողովակը սեղմել է նրա կոկորդին, ապա թիկունքի կողմից բռունցքով հարվածել է նրա գլխին՝ պատճառելով ֆիզիկական ցավ:

Աղջկա հորը և Սարգսի եղբայր Մակարին՝ երկուսին էլ առաջադրվել է մեղադրանք ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 118 հոդվածով:

Երեք ամբաստանյալներից կալանքի տակ է միայն Սարգիս Հ.-ն՝ երեխայի նկատմամբ անառակաբարո գործողություններ կատարելու համար մեղադրվողը:
