Կողոպուտ եւ ավազակային հարձակում Լոռիում. հանգամանքները պարզվել են

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ավարտվել է ավազակություն եւ կողոպուտ կատարելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը:

Նախաքննությամբ պարզվել եւ հիմնավորվել է, որ Լոռու մարզի բնակիչ Դ.Մարկոսյանը 2014 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 3-ին` ժամը 09-ի սահմաններում, գտնվելով Երեւանում հոր եւ նրա հետ փաստական ամուսնական հարաբերությունների մեջ գտնվող կնոջ վարձակալած բնակարանում, վերջինիցս պահանջել է նրա ոսկյա զարդերը՝ պատճառաբանելով, որ գումար է հարկավոր։

Մերժում ստանալով՝ զարդերը հափշտակելու նպատակով հարձակվել է եւ կնոջ պարանոցից պոկելու միջոցով հափշտակել նրա ոսկյա շղթան եւ կախազարդը։ Ապա վերջինիս մատանիները հափշտակելու դիտավորությամբ, բռնության գործադրմամբ՝ նրան գցել է գետնին, ձեռքերով ու ոտքերով հարվածներ հասցրել մարմնի տարբեր մասերին, որից հետո քաշելու միջոցով ձեռքերի մատներից հանել թվով 4 ոսկյա մատանի։ Կնոջը պատճառված մարմնական վնասվածքները գնահատվել են միջին ծանրության։ Արդյունքում՝ ավազակությամբ հափշտակվել է 300.000 ՀՀ դրամ արժողությամբ ոսկյա զարդեր, 10.000 դրամ կանխիկ գումար, «Սամսունգ» տեսակի բջջային հեռախոսը եւ դիմել փախուստի:

Նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է նաեւ, որ Դ.Մարկոսյանը նույն թվականի նոյեմբերի 12-ին՝ ժամը 14-ի սահմաններում, Վանաձոր քաղաքի Տիգրան Մեծի եւ Մյասնիկյան փողոցների հատման խաչմերուկի հետիոտնային անցման գոտու մոտ` Տիգրան Մեծի 73 շենքին հարակից մայթեզրին, նշված քաղաքի բնակչուհու պարանոցից պոկել եւ բացահայտ հափշտակել է նրան պատկանող, զգալի չափերով, ընդհանուր՝ 420.000 ՀՀ դրամ արժողությամբ 2 ոսկյա շղթա եւ 1 կախազարդ, իսկ Դ.Մարկոսյանը դիմել է փախուստի:

Նախաքննության ընթացքում ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ Դ.Մարկոսյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 175-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով եւ 176-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով: Նրա նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը:

2015 թվականի ապրիլի 28-ին քրեական գործը՝ մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել է քրեական գործով նախաքննության օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին։
