ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Արմեն Մուրադյանի և Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի փոխնահանգապետ Օլգա Կազանսկայայի կայացած հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են առողջապահության ոլորտում երկու երկրում առկա հաջողությունները և խնդիրները։ Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության մամուլի ծառայությունից, տիկին Կազանսկայան նշել է, որ այս ոլորտում հեռանկարային համագործակցության լայն հնարավորություններ կան։ Նա ներկայացրել է, որ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունում առողջապահության բնագավառում իրականացվող բարեփոխումների արդյունքում դրական տեղաշարժեր են արձանագրվում։ Արմեն Մուրադյանն հյուրին ծանոթացրել է ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովում քննարկվող

«Բնակչությանբժշկական օգնության և սպասարկման մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում լրացումներ և փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին օրենքի նախագծին` նշելով, որ բուժաշխատողների վերապատրաստումների գործող հնացած համակարգը կփոխարինվի զարգացած երկրներում ընդունված շարունակական մասնագիտական զարգացման կրեդիտային համակարգով:

Ընդգծվել է ախտորոշման և բուժման միջազգային չափորոշիչները տեղայնացնելու և ներդնելու կարևորությունը։ Երկուստեք կարևորվել է նաև առողջության պահպանման, հիվանդությունների կանխարգելման և վաղ հայտնաբերման ծրագրերը։ Անդրադարձ կատարվել հանրային առողջապահության ծրագրերին։ Օլգա Կազանսկայան տեղեկացրել է, որ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունում վիտամիններով հարստացվում է նախադպրոցական և դպրոցական երեխաների սնունդը։ Արմեն Մուրադյանը նշել է, որ Հայաստանում արդեն մի քանի տարի է, ինչ քննարկվում է ցորենի ալյուրի հարստացման ծրագիրը, որը նպատակ ունի կանխարգելել արատներով ծնունդներն ու բազմաթիվ հիվանդություններ։ «Բնակչության առողջության պահպանման համար կարևոր այս ծրագիրը կքննարկվի նաև հուլիսին կայանալիք Հայ բժիշկների միջազգային հերթական համագումարում, կլսենք աշխարհում ճանաչված մասնագետների կարծիքները»,-ասել է նախարարը։ ՍանկտՊետերբուրգի փոխնահանգապետը նշել է, որ առողջապահական ծրագրերը երբեմն արժանանում են ոչ մասնագիտական քննադատության։ «Առողջապահությունը շատ զգայուն ոլորտ է։ Ես կարծում եմ, որ խիստ բժշկական հարցերին պետք է մասնագետները լուծումներ տան»,- ասել է առ ողջապահության ոլորտը համակարգող փոխնահանգապետը։ Օլգա Կազանսկայան առաջարկել է մեր երիտասարդ մասնագետներին և գիտնականներին ընդգրկել իրենց մոտ կազմակերպվող գիտաժողովներին, վարպետության դասերին։ Համագործակցության լայն շրջանակները կհստակեցվեն առաջիկայում։
