ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներ Իգոր Պոպովը (ՌԴ), Ջեյմս Ուորլիքը (ԱՄՆ) և Պիեր Անդրիոն (Ֆրանսիա) հայտարարություն են տարածել Փարիզում Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարներ Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանի և Էլմար Մամեդյարովի հետ առանձին կայացած հանդիպումների վերաբերյալ: Ինչպես  տեղեկացրին ԵԱՀԿ մամուլի ծառայությունից, հանդիպումներին ներկա է եղել նաև ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի անձնական ներկայացուցիչ Անջեյ Կասպշիկը:

Նախարարները համանախագահներին մանրամասներ են ներկայացրել Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Ֆրանսուա Օլանդի՝ ապրիլի 24-25-ին Հայաստան և Ադրբեջան կատարած այցի շրջանակում տեղի ունեցած քննարկումների վերաբերյալ: «Մենք շեշտել ենք յուրաքանչյուր նախարարին երկու երկրների նախագահների երկխոսության ինտենսիվացաման և այս տարվա ընթացքում ավելի ուշ նախագահների հանդիպման կազմակերպման կարևորությունը»,- նշված է ԵԱՀԿ հաղորդագրության մեջ: Նախարարները համաձայնել են կրկին հանդիպել միմյանց՝ համանախագահների մասնակցությամբ, ձևակերպելու համար Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահների հանդիպման օրակարգը, ինչպես նաև ողջունել են համանախագահների՝ տարածաշրջան կատարելիք առաջիկա այցը:

Համանախագահները նաև արձանագրել են, որ մայիսի 3-ին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում տեղի կունենան խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ: «Հակամարտության համապարփակ կարգավորման համատեքստում մենք ճանաչում ենք Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ժողովրդի դերն իր ապագան որոշելու հարցում: Այնուամենայնիվ, մեր երեք երկրներից և ոչ մեկը, ինչպես նաև որևէ այլ երկիր, չի ճանաչում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը որպես անկախ և ինքնիշխան պետություն: Համապատասխանաբար, մենք չենք ընդունում այս ընտրությունների արդյունքների ազդեցությունը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի իրավական կարգավիճակի վրա և շեշտում, որ դրանք որևէ կերպ չեն կանխորոշում ԼՂ-ի վերջնական կարգավիճակը կամ ընթացիկ բանակցությունների արդյունքները, որոնց նպատակն է հասնել ԼՂ հակամարտության տևական և խաղաղ կարգավորմանը»,- ասված է հայտարարության մեջ:
