Կոտայքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում Վաղինակ Մկրտչյանի նախագահությամբ ավարտվել է Հրանտ Ալոյանի գործի դատական քննությունը:

Հրանտը կալանքի տակ է 2011 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 28-ից: Այն ժամանակ նա 25 տարեկան էր:

Սկզբնապես Հրանտ Ալոյանին մեղադրանք էր առաջադրվել տուժողի առողջությանը դիտավորյալ ծանր վնաս հասցնելու համար, ինչի հետևանքով տուժողը մահացել է՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 14-րդ կետով:

Հրանտը մեղադրվել է այն բանի համար, որ 2011 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 3-ին, ժամը 10-ի սահմաններում Աբովյանի ճարտարագիտական քոլեջի մուտքի դարպասի մոտ, գիշերային ակումբի պարուհի Նանարի հետ հարաբերություններ ունենալու հարցի վերաբերյալ վիճել է Հայկ Հ.-ի հետ, բռունցքով հարվածել է նրա գլխին, պատճառել գլխուղեղի կենսական կարևոր ֆունկցիաների սուր խանգարում, ինչի հետևանքով առաջացել է տուժողի մահը:

Դատաքննության սկզբնական փուլում հետազոտված ապացույցներով կասկածներ են առաջացել հանցագործությանը այլ անձանց մասնակցության վերաբերյալ: Մեղադրողը միջնորդել է գործի դատաքննությունը հետաձգել սկզբում՝ մինչև 2012 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 27-ը, ապա՝ մինչև 2013 թվականի մայիսի 13-ը:

2013 թվականի հունիսի 1-ին մեղադրողի միջնորդությամբ Հրանտ Ալոյանին առաջադրված վերոհիշյալ մեղադրանքը ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 14-րդ կետից փոփոխվել, ավելի ծանրացվել է, ու Հրանտ Ալոյանը մեղադրվել է դիտավորյալ սպանության համար՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104 հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:

Մեղադրողն իր միջնորդությունը հիմնավորել է դատաբժշկական կրկնակի հանձնաժողովային փորձաքննության եզրակացությամբ, փորձագետի լրացուցիչ ցուցմունքով, թե տուժող Հայկ Հ.-ի վնասվածքները չէին կարող առաջանալ մեկ անգամ հարվածելու և վայր ընկնելու հետևանքով: Դրանք կարող էին առաջանալ հինգ-վեց և ավելի բութ առարկաների ներգործությունից:

Ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում Հրանտ Ալոյանն առաջադրված մեղադրանքում իրեն մեղավոր չի ճանաչել: Նա հայտնել է, թե դեպքի օրը՝ 2011 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 3-ի առավոտյան իրեն զանգահարել է ընկերը՝ Էդգարը, ասել է, թե մյուս ընկերոջ՝ Հովհաննեսի մորաքրոջը վիրահատել են, առաջարկել է գնալ հիվանդանոց: Ինքը մերժել է, ասել է, թե պիտի գնա ատամնաբուժարան: Բայց տղաները համոզել են իրեն:

Ինքը տնային հագուստով ու հողաթափերով իջել է բակ: Տղաները եղել են ալկոհոլ օգտագործած վիճակում, առաջարկել են, որ ինքը վարի մեքենան:

Մինչև Քանաքեռ ինքն է վարել, հետո՝ Էդգարը: Հասել են Աբովյան քաղաքի շենքերից մեկի մոտ: Առաջարկել են բարձրանալ երկրորդ հարկ:
