ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի ԲՀԿ խմբակցության ղեկավար Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը ստորագրահավաք է նախաձեռնել գործարար, նախկին պատգամավոր, ԲՀԿ-ական Գոհար Ենոքյանի դեմ ընտրված խափանման միջոցը փոխելու պահանջով: «Նախկին պատգամավորին, հանրության մեջ բավականին լուրջ հեղինակություն ունեցող 73-ամյա կնոջը տանում են նախնական պահման մեկուսարան, ու իրավապահ համակարգը որևէ պարզաբանմամբ հանդես չի գալիս: Ես հարցի իրավական կողմը թողնում եմ մի կողմ ու հանդես եմ գալիս որպես պատգամավոր Գոհար Ենոքյանի առողջական վիճակի մասին: Ես և իմ գործընկերները ստորագրահավաք ենք կազմակերպում` դիմելու պատկան իրավապահ մարմնին` խափանման միջոցը փոխելու համար, քանի որ տիկին Ենոքյանի առողջական վիճակն այնպիսին է, որ րոպե առաջ նրա խափանման միջոցը պետք է փոխվի: Մենք երաշխավորում ենք, որ, լինելով ազատության մեջ, խիստ վատառողջ տիկին Ենոքյանը չի վտանգի Հայաստանի դատարական համակարգի գործունեությունը»,-ասաց «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում տեղեկացրեց Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը:

Պատգամավորը նշեց, որ մեկուսարանում հանդիպել է Գոհար Ենոքյանի հետ, ով չի ընդունում իրեն առաջադրված մեղադրանքը: «Ես զրուցել եմ Գոհար Ենոքյանի հետ, նա այդ մեղադրանքը համարում է դետեկտիվի ժանրի դրսևորում: Կլինի իրավապահ համակարգի տեղեկատվությունը, մենք կհասկանանք, թե ինչ գործի հետ գործ ունենք»,-նշեց Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը` նկատի ունենալով տեղեկատվությունը, ըստ որի` Ենոքյանը կասկածվում է սպանության նախապատրաստման մեջ մասնակցություն ունենալու համար:

Գործը գտնվում է ՀՀ Հատուկ քննչական ծառայության իրավասության ներքո, որտեղից, սակայն, չհաջողվեց որևէ տեղեկատվություն ստանալ:
