ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարի տեղակալ Սուրեն Քրմոյանն այսօր` մայիսի 6-ին, ընդունել է «Պատժի միջազգային բարեփոխում» կազմակերպության գործադիր տնօրեն Ալիսոն Հաննայի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը: Կազմակերպությունը փորձում է օժանդակել ազատազրկվածների հասարակական ինտեգրացիային՝ հիմնվելով միջազգային ստանդարտների վրա: Ինչպես  տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, հանդիպման ընթացքում Ալիսոն Հաննան ներկայացրել է կազմակերպության հիմնական գործառույթները, արդարադատության համակարգում բարեփոխումների իրականացման նպատակներն ու թիրախային ուղղությունները և նշել, որ մեծ տեղ են հատկացնում վերապատրաստումների կազմակերպմանը: Նրա տեղեկացմամբ, կազմակերպությունն օժանդակում է կառավարություններին՝ ներկայացնելով պատժի միջազգային բարեփոխման ոլորտում ունեցած փորձը, նրանց տրամադրելով համապատասխան տեղեկատվությունն ու կատարած վերլուծական հետազոտությունները:

Արդարադատության նախարարի տեղակալ Սուրեն Քրմոյանը հյուրերին ներկայացրել է Արդարադատության նախարարության կողմից քրեական արդարադատության ոլորտում իրականացվող բարեփոխումները, որոնք համընդգրկուն են և ներառում են թե՛ օրենսդրական, թե՛ կառուցվածքային, թե՛ ինստիտուցիոնալ ասպեկտներ: «Մենք շարունակում ենք մեր բարեփոխումները քրեակատարողական հիմնարկների և դատապարտյալների կեցության պայմանների բարելավման, բանտային կառավարման, քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներում պահվող անձանց բժշկական օգնության և սպասարկման ծառայությունների արդիականացման ուղղությամբ, ուստի մեր նպատակն է այս հանդիպումների արդյունքում նախանշել բարեփոխման առավել արդյունավետ մեխանիզմներ գտնելու և գործարկելու առաջնահերթությունները»,-շեշտել է նախարարի տեղակալը:

Սուրեն Քրմոյանը հավելել է, որ նախարարության ուշադրության կենտրոնում են նաև պատժի ինստիտուտի և վերականգնողական կենտրոնների աշխատանքների բարելավումը, քրեական արդարադատության ոլորտի բարեփոխումները և առաջարկել է հյուրերին նախարարությանը տրամադրել ոլորտում իրականացված համապատասխան վերլուծություններն ու հետազոտությունները: Կողմերը պայմանավորվածություններ են ձեռք բերել հետագա համագործակցության և համատեղ իրականացվող ծրագերի վերաբերյալ:
