Վարչապետը շնորհավորել և պարգևատրել է Հայրենական մեծ պատերազմի վետերաններին

Վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանն այսօր կառավարությունում ընդունել է Հայրենական մեծ պատերազմի վետերաններին և շնորհավորել հաղթանակի 70-ամյակի առթիվ: Այս մասին  տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:

Հիմք ընդունելով 2013թ. հոկտեմբերի 23-ի ԱՊՀ երկրների ղեկավարների խորհրդի «1941-1945 թթ. Հայրենական մեծ պատերազմում սովետական ժողովրդի տարած հաղթանակի 70-ամյակի կապակցությամբ հաստատված միասնական հոբելյանական պարգևի մասին» որոշումը, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ վարչապետի 2015թ. մարտի 19-ի «Հոբելյանական հանձնաժողով ստեղծելու մասին» N 214-Ա որոշումը՝ ՀՀ վարչապետ, հոբելյանական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը «1941-1945թթ. Հայրենական մեծ պատերազմում տարած հաղթանակի 70-ամյակ» հոբելյանական մեդալով է պարգևատրել վետերաններ Պետրոս Պետրոսյանին, Ռոզալիա Աբգարյանին, Անիկ Պապյանին, Արտուշ Մկրտչյանին, Ռաֆիկ Նիկողոսյանին, Միհրան Գրիգորյանին, Գերասիմ Հարությունյանին, Հայկազ Երանոսյանին, Մերուժան Սողոմոնյանին, Սոֆյա Սարգսյանին, Եպրաքսիա Միքայելյանին, Ժորա Թունյանին, Մնացական Գրիգորյանին, Բենիամին Միրզոյանին, Սոս Մովսեսյանին, Խաչիկ Գևորգյանին, Սուրեն Կարապետյանին, Սարգիս Հարությունյանին, Հուսիկ Փանոսյանին և Սերյոժա Դավթյանին:

Կառավարության ղեկավարը հանձնել է հոբելյանական մեդալները Հայրենական մեծ պատերազմի վետերաններին, մաղթել քաջառողջություն և հանդես եկել շնորհավորանքի խոսքով: Հովիկ Աբրահամյանն ընդգծել է, որ հայ ժողովուրդը երբեք չի մոռանում հերոս վետերանների և մարտի դաշտում հերոսաբար ընկած զինվորների սխրագործությունները ֆաշիզմի դեմ պատերազմում տարած հաղթանակում: «Դուք բարձր եք պահել մեր ժողովրդի պատիվը, և մեր հայրենակիցները, մեր պապերն ու հայրերը, ովքեր զոհվել են Հայրենական մեծ պատերազմում, հերոսներ են: Շնորհակալ ենք ձեզ դրա համար», - ասել է վարչապետը:

Կառավարության ղեկավարն ընդգծել է, որ այս օրերին նշվում է նաև Շուշիի ազատագրման 23-ամյակը, և 1945 թ. հաղթանակը հնարավոր դարձրեց նաև արցախյան գոյամարտի հաջողությունը, ինչպես նաև մերօրյա հերոսների սերունդի դաստիարակումը:

Վարչապետը նշել է, որ ՀՀ նախագահը, կառավարությունը անում են ամեն ինչ՝ վետերանների հոգսը թեթևացնելու համար. կառավարության որոշմամբ մայիսի 1-ից կրկնապատկվել է պատերազմի մասնակիցներին տրվող պատվովճարը, լուծվում են բուժման ու հանգստի կազմակերպման հետ կապված հարցերը: «Մենք անհատուցելի պարտք ենք ձեզ՝ ձեր անձնազոհության, մարտական ու աշխատանքային սխրանքի համար, և ինչ էլ անենք ձեզ համար՝ բավարար չէ», - եզրափակել է Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը՝ ևս մեկ անգամ շնորհավորելով վետերաններին Մեծ հաղթանակի պանծալի հոբելյանի առթիվ, մաղթել քաջառողջություն և երկար տարիների կյանք:

Հայրենական մեծ պատերազմի վետերանները շնորհակալություն են հայտնել վարչապետին «1941-1945 թթ. Հայրենական մեծ պատերազմում տարած հաղթանակի 70-ամյակ» հոբելյանական մեդալով պարգևատրելու համար և նշել, որ զգացված են իրենց հանդեպ ցուցաբերվող պետական հոգածության և պատերազմի մասնակիցներին տրվող պատվովճարը կրկնապատկելու համար:
