ԱլԳ երկրների մեդիա-կոնֆերանսում կքննարկվի ԶԼՄ-ների տնտեսական անկախությունը

Վերջին երկու տարիներին զանգվածային լրատվական միջոցները վերածվում են քարոզչական գործիքների և մեծապես ազդում են տարբեր երկրներում հասարակական դիրքորոշումների ձևավորման վրա: «Հայաստանը Արևելյան գործընկերության Ռիգայի գագաթնաժողովին ընդառաջ» թեմայով քննարկմանն այսպիսի կարծիք հայտնեց Մեդիա նախաձեռնությունների կենտրոնի գործադիր տնօրեն Նունե Սարգսյանը:

«Ռիգայում կայանալիք Արևելյան գործընկերության երկրների մեդիա-կոնֆերանսի հիմնական նպատակն է հասկանալ մեդիադաշտի դերը առկա մարտահրավերներին դիմագրավելու գործում, քանի որ հատկապես Ուկրաինական ճգնաժամի համատեքստում ԶԼՄ-երի ազդեցությունը բավական մեծ է, ինչն ավելի է մեծացնում առաջիկա մեդիաֆորումի կարևորությունը»,- նշեց նա:

Նա նկատեց, որ Արևելյան գործընկերության երկրների մեդիա-կոնֆերանսին քննարկվելու են մեդիա ոլորտի առջև ծառացած բազմաթիվ խնդիրներ: «Առաջիկա ֆորումին քննարկվելիք ամենակարևոր խնդիրներից մեկն է տնտեսական ռեսուրսների չբավականացնելու պատճառով ԶԼՄ-ների անկախության սահմանափակումը: Մենք հաճախ ենք լսում այս կամ այն զանգվածային լրատվական միջոցի առքուվաճառքի մասին, սակայն հասարակությունը շատ անգամ տեղյակ չէ իրական տերերի մասին, ինչը հանգեցնում է մեդիա դաշտի անկախության կորստին»,- շեշտեց Նունե Սարգսյանը:

Ըստ բանախոսի՝ լրատվական դաշտում մեդիագրագիտությունը շատ կարևոր է, ինչը համապատասխան մոտեցում է պահանջում: «Ներկա պահին մենք մշակում ենք ազգային հայեցակարգ, որը վերաբերելու է մեդիա դաշտում առկա խնդիրներին և հատկապես մեդիագրագիտությանը, ինչը շատ կարևոր է հատկապես ԶԼՄ-երի պրոֆեսիոնալիզմի բարձրացման և տրամադրվող տեղեկությունների հավաստիության առումներով»,- նկատեց Նունե Սարգսյանը:

Ռիգայում կայանալիք «Արևելյան գործընկերության» հերթական գագաթաժողովի շրջանակներում մայիսի 20-ին առաջին անգամ կազմակերպվելու է Արևելյան գործընկերության երկրների մեդիա-կոնֆերանս, որին աշխարհի տարբեր երկրներից ժամանելու են մոտ 350 մասնակիցներ՝ մեդիափորձագետներ, հասարակական տարբեր կառույցների ներկայացուցիչներ:
