ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանն մայիսի 11-ին ընդունել է Վերակառուցման և զարգացման եվրոպական բանկի (ՎԶԵԲ) նախագահ Սումա Չակրաբարտիին և նրա գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, Սերժ Սարգսյանը բարձր է գնահատել Հայաստանում ՎԶԵԲ-ի գործունեությունը և մեր երկրի հետ ռազմավարական գործընկեր դարձած բանկի երկարամյա արդյունավետ համագործակցությունը, որը ներառում է տնտեսության ենթակառուցվածքների զարգացման պետական ծրագրերի ֆինանսավորումից մինչև ՓՄՁ-ների աջակցության, ֆինանսական շուկաների, պետական գնումների և այլ ոլորտներում զարգացմանն ուղղված 100-ից ավելի ծրագրեր: ՀՀ Նախագահը հույս է հայտնել, որ Սումա Չակրաբարտիի հերթական այցը Հայաստան, նախկինի նման կլինի արդյունավետ և նոր թափ կհաղորդի փոխգործակցությանը:

Հանրապետության Նախագահը կարևորել է բանկի մասնակցությունը Հայաստանի տնտեսության համար առաջնահերթ ու հեռանկարային ծրագրերին և ողջունել ՎԶԵԲ պատրաստակամությունը՝ քառամյա համագործակցության ռազմավարության շրջանակներում ընդլայնելու մեր երկրում բանկի գործունեության ծավալները:

Սումա Չակրաբարտին ևս գոհունակությամբ է ընդգծել, որ Հայաստանի հետ ՎԶԵԲ գործընկերությունը տարեցտարի ամրապնդվում է, ինչի արդյունքում 2014 թվականին, ըստ նրա, աննախադեպ աճ է գրանցվել Հայաստանում բանկի իրականացրած ծրագրերի ֆինանսավորման առումով:

Հանդիպմանը զրուցակիցներն անդրադարձել են Հայաստանի տնտեսության ներկայիս վիճակին, տնտեսության մեջ իրականացվող բարեփոխումներին, այդ թվում՝ գործարար և ներդրումային միջավայրի բարելավման ուղղությամբ մինչ այժմ իրականացված աշխատանքին և առաջիկա ծրագրերին: ՎԶԵԲ նախագահը պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել աջակցել գործարար միջավայրի բարելավման ուղղությամբ Հայաստանի կառավարության ջանքերին՝ բանկի ամբողջ գործիքակազմով:

ՀՀ Նախագահը և ՎԶԵԲ նախագահը քննարկել են Հայաստան-ՎԶԵԲ համագործակցության ընդլայնման հնարավոր ուղղություններն ու առաջնահերթությունները, անդրադարձել նաև Հայաստան-Եվրամիություն համագործակցության զարգացմանը, ԵԱՏՄ-ին Հայաստանի անդամակցությունից հետո մեր երկրի զարգացման նոր հնարավորություններին ու հեռանկարներին:
