Չինաստանն ակնկալում է ՀՀ-ի ակտիվ մասնակցությունը Մետաքսի ճանապարհի վերականգման ծրագրին

Հայաստանը շատ կարևոր նշանակություն ունի Մետաքսի ճանապարհի վերականգման գործում. Չինական կողմն ակնկալում է, որ Հայաստանը ակտիվ մասնակցություն կունենա ճանապարհի վերականգման շրջանակներում իրականացվող ենթակառուցվածքների շինարարությանը: Այս մասին Պեկինում ճանաչողական այցով գտնվող հայ լրագրողների պատվիրակության հետ հանդիպմանը նշեց Չինաստանի գիտությունների ակադեմիայի Ռուսաստանի, Արևելյան Եվրոպայի և Եվրասիայի հարցերով ինստիտուտի ղեկավար Յան Ցզինը: « Մետաքսի ճանապարհի վերականգման համար, բացի ենթակառուցվածքների կառուցումից, շատ կարևոր նշանակություն ունի նաև այդ ճանապարհն ընդգրկող երկրների ժողովուրդների միջև ակտիվ շփումների հաստատումը: Ցավոք, Հայաստանի և Չինաստանի ժողովուրդները միմյանց մասին քիչ բան գիտեն, և մենք հույս ունենք, որ ձեր այցը Չինաստան կնպաստի նրան, որպեսզի մեր ժողովուրդների միջև շփումներն ավելի ակտիվանան, ինչը շատ կարևոր նշանակություն ունի Մետաքսի ճանապարհի երականգման ծրագիրը կյանքի կոչե;ու հարցում»,- ընդգծեց նա:

Նրա խոսքով՝ Մետաքսի ճանապարհի վերականգման հարցում շատ կարևոր նշանակություն ունեն նաև Հայաստանի և Չինաստանի քաղաքական գործիչների շփումները: Յան Ցզինը նշեց, որ երկու երկրների քաղաքական գործիչները փոխադարձ շփումներով պետք է համաձայնեցնեն իրենց քաղաքականությունն այդ հարցում, որպեսզի փոխադարձ արդյունավետ ներդրումներ և ծրագրեր իրականացվեն այդ մեծ նախագիծն իրականություն դարձնելու համար:

Յան Ցզինը համոզված է, որ Մետաքսի ճանապարհի վերականգման նախագիծը կյանքի կոչելու համար շատ կարևոր նշանակություն ունի նաև ճանապարհն ընդգրկող երկրների ժողովուրդների միջև մշակութային կապերի ակտիվացումը: Նա ընդգծեց, որ Հայաստանն ու Չինաստանը այս հարցում շատ անելիքներ ունեն:

Յան Ցզինի կարծիքով՝ Մետաքսի ճանապարհի վերականգնումը կարող է նպաստել շատ երկրների ներդաշնակ զարգացմանը՝ միմյանց միջև փորձի փոխանակման, տարբեր քաղաքակրթությունների և մշակույթների միավորման եղանակով: Նա ընդգծեց, որ անցյալ տարի Չինաստանը հատուկ ֆոնդ է ստեղծել Մետաքսի ճանապարհի վերականգման ծրագրի իրականացման համար, իսկ այս տարի չինական կողմի նախաձեռնությամբ ստեղծվել է Ենթակառուցվածքների և ներդրումների ասիական բանկը, որը պետք է վարկային միջոցներ տրամադրի այդ ծրագրի շրջանակներում իրականացվող ենթակառուցվածքների շինարարության համար : Նրա խոսքով՝ հայկական կողմը այս ծրագրի շրջանանկերում ենթակառուցվածքների շինարարության համար կարող է հայտով դիմել չինական կողմին, որը կքննարկի այդ հարցում Հայաստանին օգնություն տրամադրելու հարցը:

Նրա համոզմամբ՝ Մետաքսի ճանապարհի վերականգման համար հարկավոր է իրականացնել հստակ ծրագրեր, իսկ ռազմավարական կարևոր նշանակություն ունեցող այդ ճանապարհի վրա ընկած ցանկացած երկիր իր յուրահատուկ դերն ու նշանակությունն ունի այդ գործում:
