Վանաձորի 64-ամյա բնակիչը մեղադրվում է կնոջն սպանելու մեջ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ավարտվել է Վանաձորի բնակչուհի Նատալյա Սերգեևայի սպանության դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը։ Ինչպես  տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, 2014 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 25-ին՝ ժամը 12:10-ին, Վանաձոր քաղաքի Թամանցիների 2Բ հասցեի տան բակում Վանաձորի բժշկական կենտրոնի շտապօգնության անձնակազմի կողմից հայտնաբերվել էր նույն հասցեի բնակչուհի, 1965 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 25-ին ծնված Ն. Սերգեևայի դիակը՝ գլխի շրջանում բազմաթիվ պատռված վերքերով:

49-ամյա կնոջ սպանության դեպքի առթիվ Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության վարույթում կատարված նախաքննությամբ պարզվել են առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, սպանության հանգամանքները։ Նախաքննությամբ, մասնավորապես, պարզվել է, որ Վանաձորի 64-ամյա բնակիչը մտերմացել է իր հարևանուհու՝ ազգությամբ ռուս մի կնոջ հետ, նրա հետ մասնակցել գինարբուքներին, դարձել բաժակընկերը, այնուհետև փաստացի ամուսնացել և բնակվել են միասին: Քննության տվյալներով՝ տղամարդը մանկահասակ տարիքում զրկվել է տեսողությունից և տարիների ընթացքում մյուս զգա յարաններն աստիճանաբար զարգացնելով՝ սովորել է առանց ձեռնափայտի ազատ տեղաշարժվել և շփվել հասարակության հետ:

Նախաքննությամբ բավարար տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, որ համատեղ բնակվելու ընթացքում պարբերաբար միասին խմելուց հետո գինովցած տղամարդը հայհոյել և ծեծել է կնոջը։ 2014թ. դեկտեմբերի 24-ի ուշ երեկոյան տանը հերթական գինարբուքից հետո տղամարդը վիճաբանել է Նատալյայի հետ, իսկ դեկտեմբերի լույս 25-ի գիշերը՝ ժամը 01:00-ից մինչև 03:00-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, բութ, կարծր առարկայով բազմաթիվ հարվածներ է հասցրել նրա գլխի շրջանին և սպանել, ապա թևատակերից բռնած, դիակը քարշ տալով դուրս է բերել տնից, իջեցրել բակ, իսկ ինքը գնացել իր տուն:

Մինչդատական վարույթում ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ Վանաձոր քաղաքի 64-ամյա բնակչին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով: Քրեական գործը, մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել է Լոռու մարզի դատախազություն, քրեական գործով նախաքննության օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազի կողմից մեղադրական եզրակացությունը հաստատվել է, և գործն ուղարկվել Լոռու մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան:
